Man Charged With Raping A 4-Year-Old Girl And Recording It On His Cell Phone

 Eric Bard, a 22-year-old Maine resident was jailed Friday after he allegedly raped a 4-year-old girl while recording the assault on his cell phone.

According to police, an investigation was launched back in May when a woman contacted police about a suspicious Craigslist ad in which a person said he was interested in giving baths to young children.

The ad was flagged and deleted from Craigslist, however, investigators were able to obtain the i.p. address of the person responsible for posting the ad and traced it back to Bard's address.

During questioning, Bard admitted to posting the ad and informed police that he had six different computers inside his home, all of which likely contained child pornography. Detectives seized the computers and related memory devices and had them analyzed by forensic investigators.

A photo retrieved from a portable memory device showed Bard with a young girl. Bard identified the girl as a child he babysat for while the child's mother was at work. The child told police that Bard touched her, went into the shower with her and took photos of her while she was undressed.

Investigators say Bard used his cell phone to record videos of himself molesting the girl and then stored the videos on a memory card. Forensic experts believe the images and videos were created between September 2011 and March 2012.

Bard was booked into the Kennebec County Jail and charged with gross sexual assault, unlawful sexual contact and sexual exploitation of a minor under 12 years of age. He is being held in lieu of $100,000 cash bail.

Man Arrested After Cutting Holes Into His Wife's Vagina & Securing It With A Padlock

Sohanlal Chouhan, a 38-year-old Indore, India man has been jailed after he allegedly cut holes into his wife's vagina and secured it a padlock.

According to police, an investigation was launched in mid-July when the Sohanlal's wife, Sitabai Chouhan, was rushed to the hospital after she swallowed rat poisoning in an attempt to commit suicide.

Emergency staff was preparing to insert a tube to help discharge the poison when they discovered the woman's vagina had been secured with a padlock.

Officials soon learned that the Sohanlal Chouhan installed the padlock on his wife's vagina nearly four years ago because he feared that she would be unfaithful to him.

Investigators say Mr. Chouhan began the procedure by first getting his wife intoxicated. He then used a needle or a drill to bore a hole through both sides of his wife's labia. A small padlock was then inserted through the holes and locked tight every morning before Mr. Chouhan went to work.

Since Mr. Chouhan carried the key with him to work each day, hospital staff were unable to give Mrs. Couhan proper medical care until her husband provided them a key to unlock the padlock.

Investigators say Mr. Chouhan had the key hidden in his sock when they took him into custody.

Mr. Chouhan, who works as a mechanic, justified the torturous abuse by claiming that several women in his family had been unfaithful to their husbands in the past.

He was booked into jail and charged with cruelty and voluntarily causing grievous injury.

Mrs. Chouhan, who married Mr. Chouhan when she was just 16-years-old, told Indian officials that she attempted suicide because Mr Chouhan poisoned her with alcohol before attempting to molest their eldest daughter.

She is now recuperating at a local hospital.

Man Charged With Urinating On A Woman Who Turned Down His Advances

 Timothy "Timmy" Paez, a 22-year-old Colorado man was jailed Saturday after he allegedly urinated on a woman's leg after she turned down his advances.

According to Boulder police, a woman was standing next to the bar at Shooters Grill and Bar Saturday night when Paez walked up to her and placed her arm around her.

Investigators say the woman said "Um, really?," in an attempt to get Paez to remove his arm.

Paez did remove his arm, however, a few moments later the woman felt a liquid substance splashing on the back of her leg. The woman turned around to find Paez - with his penis clearly exposed - urinating on her leg.

Bar staff immediately frog marched Paez to the bar's exit and called police. Officers arrived to find Paez extremely intoxicated with glassy eyes and extremely slurred speech.

Paez allegedly admitted to urinating on someone, but could not identify who the victim was.

He was booked into the Boulder County Jail and charged with suspicion of public indecency and harassment. Bond has not yet been set in the case.

Woman Arrested After Attempting To Break Into Jail

 Tiffany Hurd, a 36-year-old southwest Ohio woman was jailed Sunday after she allegedly attempted to sneak into the Butler County Jail because she wanted to be incarcerated.

According to the Butler County Sheriff's Office, Hurd was stopped when a guard found her attempting to climb a barbed-wire fence that surrounds the Butler County Jail. When the guard advised her to leave the premises, she stated that she would rather be arrested.

Investigators say Hurd continued to climb the fence several more times, and was asked to leave each time. She was finally taken into custody after she refused to follow the staff's orders. Deputies stated that she appeared to be intoxicated.

Hurd was booked into the Butler County Jail and charged with criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct. Her bond was set at $2,500. She is scheduled to appear in court on August 9th.

Mail Man Arrested After Sexually Assaulting Multiple Children In His Mail Truck

Frank Saucier, a 44-year-old postal worker from Tyngsboro, Massachusetts was jailed after he allegedly sexually assaulted children in his mail truck.

According to Manchester police, Saucier was first jailed on April 26th after several children told their parents that he had reportedly invited them inside his truck to "play house", then spanked a 10-year-old boy.

Investigators say Saucier was originally charged with assault, however the charges were upgraded to sexual assault charges as the investigation progressed. Detectives now believe Saucier sexually assaulted three other children over a month's time while working his mail route.

He was booked into jail and charged with six counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, one felony count of indecent exposure, and one count of misdemeanor sexual assault. He also faces two additional charges of misdemeanor indecent exposure.

Fix-A-Flat Nurse Arrested Again & Charged With Manslaughter

Oneal Morris, the transgender woman charged in two counties with injecting people seeking fuller figures with a toxic concoction which included Fix-a-Flat, on Thursday was charged with manslaughter in the death of a Broward County client.

Morris, 32, of Hollywood, has been charged in the death of Shatarka Nuby, 31, of Tamarac.

Morris was arrested at her mother’s house in Coconut Creek. She faces one count of manslaughter.

“It’s tragic, absolutely tragic,” said Broward Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Dani Moschella, of the death of Nuby.

According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office, Nuby had paid Morris, known as The Duchess, hundreds of dollars to inject her at her home with the concoction which promised to enhance her buttock, hips, thighs and breasts. Morris would sometimes be dressed in scrubs, giving the impression she was a medical worker — a doctor or a nurse, but detectives say she was a fake.

Nuby died in March while incarcerated in a Tallahassee jail from what an assistant medical examiner called “massive systemic silicone migration” as a consequence of cosmetic silicone injections. Nuby complained to friends and relatives that the injection sites on her body became hard and hot and her skin turned black.

Before she died, Nuby had reported Morris to the Florida Department of Health, according to the arrest affidavit. She told investigators that she had been injected about 10 times between 2007 and 2011, the affidavit states.

Following Nuby’s death, Morris was charged in Broward with three counts of practicing medicine without a license. Prosecutors say she injected many patients with a dangerous mixture of products including mineral oil, rubber cement, Fix-a-Flat and caulk. Many of the items were purchased at The Home Depot.

Morris has denied the allegations.

Morris was first arrested on similar charges late last year in Miami-Dade. Photos released after her arrest showed that she had also injected herself with the concoction that gave her a disproportionately large buttock and hips.

Man Hospitalized After Thieves Steal His Penis!

Fei Lin, a 41-year-old resident of Niqiao, China, came up empty handed this week when thieves broke into his home and made off with an item of unspeakable value.

Mr. Lin (photographed on the left) isn't in the hospital because thieves ransacked his home or stole a television set of some kind. Instead, the masked intruders cut off his penis and then vanished into the night as quietly as they had arrived.

According to police, Lin was sawing logs (sound asleep) when thieves burst into his room, placed a bag over his head and commenced sawing off something else.

Man Conspires To Kidnap, Rape, Murder And Then Eat A Child!

Ronald Brown, a 57-year-old Florida man has been jailed after he allegedly conspired to kidnap, rape, kill and then eat a child.

According to police, Brown came to the attention of detectives during a child pornography investigation that originated in Massachusetts and resulted in the arrest and conviction of 48-year-old Robert Diduca.

Investigators say detectives became alarmed when they discovered online chat conversations between Brown and another man that involved raping, murdering and then eating small children.

Brown, according to police, fantasized about strangling, dismembering and then cannibalizing his young victims, describing in graphic detail what he planned to do with their body parts.

Detectives who searched Brown's home found gruesome child pornography images on his computer and a CD that had been stashed in his sock drawer. The images allegedly showed images of dead children and children that had been posed in bondage positions.

Brown told FBI agents that he wanted to eat a little boy that he met at a local church. He also stated that he had discussed his fantasies on a Yahoo message board, but never intended to harm any children.

Attached to the arrest affidavit is an extensive chat log in which Brown lusted about children and discussed how he would capture and then eat a child. In one example, Brown stated that he would like to tie a child up, store him in a closet and then eat him for Easter. In another thread, Brown allegedly remarked how great summer time is because the children in his neighborhood are "almost naked." In another thread, Brown remarked about how his mouth watered while looking at a female toddler.

During yet another chat, Brown reportedly asked a Kansas city man to assist him in abducting and then murdering a child. The man, identified as Michael Arnett, was arrested and charged with producing child pornography.

Brown works as a puppeteer, performing at elementary schools, malls, church groups and private birthday parties. Brown also resides in a neighborhood surrounded by playgrounds, and routinely invited neighborhood children to his residence for pizza, according to an arrest affidavit.

This isn't the first time Brown has fallen under suspicion. He was reportedly investigated back in 1998 when deputies found multiple pairs of boys' underwear between the front seats of his car. Brown claimed that he used the underwear to dress his puppets.

Investigators were also dispatched to Brown's home in 2010 when neighbors became suspicious of his behavior involving young boys who were in his car. The case was dropped when it was determined that Brown was granted permission to take the boys to church.

Brown was booked into the Pinellas County Jail and charged with conspiring to kidnap a child and possession of child pornography.

Man Stabs His Friend In The Neck Repeatedly Over A Bag Of Pork Rinds!

 Will Moore Traywick, a 50-year-old Florida man also known as "Cowboy" or "Wyatt Earp", was jailed after he repeatedly stabbed a friend in the neck over a bag of pork rinds.

According to Fort Walton Beach Police, Traywick and the victim, Edward Hooks, were playing dominoes outside the Rancho Alegre nightclub when an argument ensued over pork rinds and a missing cell phone.

The argument became violent when Traywick reportedly broke a beer bottle and used it to stab his friend three times in the neck.

When officers arrived on the scene, the victim was lying on the ground, bleeding heavily from the neck area. He was rushed to Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola where he was treated for non life-threatening injuries.

Traywick, who fled the scene on a bicycle, was found 20 minutes after the incident occurred. Officers found him hiding inside the bathroom of a nearby fast food restaurant.

He was booked into the Okaloosa County Jail and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. His bond was set at $2,500.

Traywick has previous arrests in Okaloosa County for battery domestic violence, driving under the influence, driving on a suspended driver's license and refusing to sign a citation.

Man Arrested After Fathering Three Children With His Own Daughter!

Charles Shamblin Jr., a 56-year-old West Virgina man has been jailed after he allegedly fathered three grandchildren while he was engaged in an ongoing sexual relationship with his own daughter.

According to West Virgina State Police, Shamblin repeatedly had sex with his daughter over a 13 year period. During the alleged sexual relationship, Shamblin reportedly fathered 3 children with the girl.

An investigation was launched in January when a 35-year-old woman told police that her father had abused her beginning when she was 7 years old. The relationship allegedly continued until the woman was 20 years of age.

Investigators say a paternity test that was administered at Marshall University in Huntington confirmed Shamblin to be the father of his daughter's three children. The woman, whose children are now 21, 16 and 15 years old, delivered her first child when she was just 14 years old.

"The community up there looked the other way," stated Shamblin's daughter-in-law. "They knew what was going on. They've seen the bruises. They've seen the marks on the children and on their mother and they looked the other way.

The daughter-in-law, who didn't want her identity released, stated that the family was disgusted by the relationship and decided call police. Shamblin's neighbors and friends, however, were more dismissive of the news, adding credence to the sister-in-law's statements.

"I don't know whether he's guilty or not, but I do know whatever was going on wasn't one-sided," said Lyle McCarthy who is a friend to Shamblin. "She (the victim) was just, if not more eager for whatever was going on as he was."

Shamblin, who is known to his friends and family as "Chucky," was booked into the South Central Regional Jail and charged with second-degree sexual assault, incest and sexual abuse by a parent or guardian. His Bond has been set at $100,000.

 An unidentified 53-year-old woman and her 35-year-old son were sentenced to probation Thursday after they were allegedly caught having sex.

According to prosecutors, an investigation began in May 2010 after the woman's daughter (who is the man's sister) arrived at her parent's apartment to check in on her dying father.

At some point, prosecutors say, the daughter/sister peered through a window into the house and caught the sight of her mother having sex with her brother. The mother's skirt was hiked up around her waist, and it was evident that the pair had been drinking.

When the daughter/sister tapped on the window, her brother froze in horror, realizing that he'd been caught. Moments later, he left the house without making eye contact with his sister. The mother acted as if nothing had taken place.

"All my father ever wanted was to bring the family close together and die with the family he loved surrounding him," the daughter/sister stated during a court session impact statement. "I think about my father everyday and how much he loved my mom and it breaks my heart. It hurts knowing my that my family will never be the same."

Both mother and son pleaded guilty to one count of incest. Both were sentenced to a year probation and ordered to attend alcohol and substance abuse counseling.

Because the daughter/sister was a witness in the case, the names of the accused were not released to the public.

Detroit Woman Arrested For Stabbing Another Woman Over A Fan

A Detroit woman was arrested Tuesday for allegedly stabbing another woman in a fight over a fan.

The air conditioning is not working in Barbara Withers' east side apartment.

Withers said she has been without air conditioning all summer and would go to the laundry room to keep cool. The air conditioner was blowing cool air.

Withers said a woman brought a fan to her apartment, but actually bullied her.

"She came to my door to tease me about a fan, she didn't want to give me a fan, She wanted to tease me," Withers said.

Withers said the hot weather has complicated her many health problems.

"I have panic disorder, a heart attack, I have diabetes," Withers said.

Only Local 4 cameras were rolling when 60-year-old Withers was arrested by Detroit police on the city’s east side.

Her fiance, Darius Mapp, was troubled by the turn of events.

"This wasn't just over a fan, it was about like $8. Now she's going to jail. I don't know," Mapp said.

Mapp said he is getting an attorney for his girlfriend. The woman who was stabbed should be out of the hospital soon.

Tameca Bryant, a 23-year-old Missouri woman was jailed Thursday after she allegedly beat her toddler son in the head with a 12-inch cast iron skillet.

According to police, an investigation was launched back in June when Bryant's two-year-old son arrived to the emergency room with a broken arm, a fractured skull, a Subdural Hematoma (bleeding of the brain), and various cuts and bruises.

Hospital officials contacted Family Services who notified the Senath Police Department over the child's injuries. After a month-long investigation, a warrant was issued for Bryant's arrest.

Investigators say Bryant struck her toddler in the head using a 12-inch cast iron skillet. Bryant did not give a reason for striking the child and police do not believe drugs or alcohol were a factor in the assault.

Bryant was booked into jail and charged with first-degree domestic assault, armed criminal action, and felony endangering the welfare of a child. She remains held in lieu of $100,000 bond.

Man Flies To Tampa To Have Sex With A 14-Year-Old Disabled Girl

Jonathan Lane, a 33-year-old Arizona man was jailed after he allegedly traveled to Tampa with the intent of having sex with a 14-year-old disabled girl, then got caught by the girl's father.

 According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, Lane sent a disabled 14-year-old girl photographs and messages that were lewd and sexual in nature.

 As the relationship developed, Lane told the girl that he wanted to fly to Tampa and have sex with her. He then proceeded to convince the girl to buy his plane ticket using her grandmother's credit card.

 Investigators say the victim's father discovered the email messages from Lane, and contacted Tampa International Airport police. When Lane arrived in Tampa, he was immediately apprehended by airport police, then turned over to Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office detectives.

 Lane admitted to the allegations, and stated that he had full knowledge of the child's age, and that she was in a wheelchair.

 Lane was booked into jail and charged with traveling to meet a minor, use of a computer to solicit certain illegal acts, transmission of harmful material to a minor, and lewd or lascivious battery.

2 Men Arrested After Forcing A High Pressure Air Pump Nozzle Into A Boy's Rectum & Inflating Him Like A Tire

Two unidentified men have been jailed after they allegedly placed a high pressure air pump nozzle into a 13-year-old boy's rectum and filled him with air. The little boy suffered severe internal injuries as a result.

 According to police, 13-year-old Du Chuanwang was helping out at a car repair shop when two employees pushed him to the ground and assaulted him as part of a "prank."

 Investigators say the two men forced the nozzle of a high pressure air pump deep into the boy's rectum and forced enough air inside him to fill a tire. The pressure inside the boy's abdomen was so high, his legs turned purple as a result.

 The boy was rushed to a local hospital where surgeons performed emergency surgery to let the air out. The boy's intestines were perforated with holes, causing massive internal bleeding.

 The boy is now listed in stable condition, however his intestines, lungs, liver, kidneys and nose continue to bleed and are battling serious bacterial infection. The boy's eardrums and stomach were also damaged from the assault.

 The shop owner has donated heavily towards the boy's medical costs and the family has received thousands of dollars in various donations. The family has now stopped accepting donations, stating that the boy's medical bills are sufficiently covered for now.

 "We can only provide the necessary life support to him for now, as his condition is very complicated and the doctors have not yet devised a final treatment plan," stated hospital officials.

Mother Charged With Smothering Her Baby To Death Sets Herself On Fire

Toni Medrano, a 29-year-old Minnesota woman who was facing manslaughter charges for smothering her 3-week-old son to death, has died after she reportedly doused herself with gasoline and set herself on fire.

According to police, Medrano was charged with manslaughter last month after she allegedly came home drunk, fell asleep onn the couch then rolled over on top of her 3-week-old son. Medrano woke up the next morning to find the child unresponsive.

Ramsey County medical examiners concluded that the child died of asphyxia after Medrano rolled on top of him and smothered him to death. Medrano's blood alcohol level was measured at 0.11 at 11 a.m. that morning.

Emergency responders were dispatched to a St. Paul Park residence last Monday after Medrano reportedly doused herself with a flammable liquid then set herself on fire in the home's backyard.

Medrano was rushed to Regions Hospital in St. Paul, but was pronounced dead shortly after her arrival. Investigators say Medrano had become despondent and suicidal prior to her death.

Had Medrano been convicted of the charge she faced, she would have been sentenced to up to 10 years in prison.

Man Arrested After The Police Find 119 Bags Of Heroin In His Underwear

Jalil Nickerson, a 23-year-old Pennsylvania man was jailed after police discovered 119 bags of heroin in his underwear.

According to police, Nickerson fought with officers after they obtained a search warrant and attemtpted to take him into custody.

After Nickerson was subdued, officers performed a search and found 119 bags of heroin in a compartment in his underwear.

 Nickerson was booked into the Cumberland County Prison and charged with two counts of manufacturing drugs, delivery or possession with intent to deliver and two counts of criminal use of a community facility. He raims held in lieu of $25,000 bail.
