Woman Charged With Manslaughter After Leaving Her 91-Year-Old Mother On The Toilet For 2 Days
Sharon Caslow, a 65-year-old Maryland woman has been charged with manslaughter after she allegedly left her 91-year-old mother on the toilet for two days.
According to police, an investigation was launched after Baltimore County medical workers found the elderly woman in the bathroom and learned that she had been left to suffer for two days.
Police charged Caslow with abuse of a vulnerable adult after determining that she failed to seek help for her mother.
The victim was transferred to a local hospice care where she died 10 days later. Charges in Caslow's case were upgraded when medical examiners determined that the victim had succumbed to renal failure.
She was booked into jail and charged with six counts of manslaughter. She remains jailed in lieu of $100,000 bond.

Man Arrested After Setting Woman On Fire & Locking Her Inside Car To Burn
Ulysses Chapman, a 67-year-old Florida man was jailed Saturday after he allegedly set a woman on fire inside his car and then locked the doors.
According to police, Chapman and 40-year-old Anita Ahmadi were arguing inside his car when Chapman threatened to set her on fire if she didn't "shut up."
Chapman was infuriated when Ahmadi failed to heed his warning.
In retaliation, Chapman doused the woman with a five-gallon jug of gasoline and set the woman ablaze. He then locked the doors of the vehicle as he exited, leaving the woman trapped inside to burn.
Ahmadi was rushed to Tampa General Hospital where she was treated for burns to her arms and legs.
Chapman was booked into the Hillsborough County Jail and charged with arson, aggravated battery causing great bodily harm and two counts of cocaine possession. Bond has not been set for the current charges and was revoked from an unrelated case.
Chapman has been arrested 23 times in Hillsborough County on a variety of charges including cocaine possession, marijuana possession, driving on a revoked license, grand theft auto, carrying a concealed weapon, burglary, grand theft, writing a fake check, aggravated battery, aggravated assault, driving on expired tags, contempt of court, assault, possession of burglary tools, domestic violence, possession of drug paraphernalia and habitual violator DWSR.
Most of the charges listed above are repeat offenses.

Three Women Arrested After Assaulting A Waitress At Red Lobster For Refilling Their Glasses Too Frequently
Sherrell Evans, 22, Britley Green, 22, and Geneen Green, 44, were jailed Friday after they allegedly assaulted a waitress working at Fairview Heights Red Lobster on Friday.
According to police, the women repeatedly struck the waitress with their hands and a menu after they became irritated with the frequency of their water refills.
The women were booked into jail and charged with felony counts of mob action and aggravated battery in a public place. Each are being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.
Records show that another Red Lobster waitress was attacked by four customers at the same store in December 2011. She also suffered lacerations. Anita Wilkes, a Ferguson woman, is facing aggravated battery and mob action charges in connection to the incident.
