Man Gets Sentenced To A Month In Jail For Making Fun Of A 10-Yr.-Old Girl With Cerebral Palsy
According to police, an investigation was launched in September of this year after Bailey was caught on video taunting the girl at a bus stop.
Investigators say victim, 10-year-old Hope Holcomb-Knight, was being harassed by kids on the school bus - but the situation got worse when Bailey joined in humiliation by dragging his leg behind him as he walked his son to their car at the bus stop.

The video was uploaded to YouTube and went viral as a result.
"It makes me sick too, to think that a grown man would tease a 10-year-old disabled girl that has never done a thing to any of them for no reason," said Mike Knight to a local news reporter. "Now she doesn't want to get on the bus and go to school."
The taunting was reportedly just one of several incidents of harassment that have occurred between the two families over the past two years.
Bailey, who lives next door to the Knight family, was arrested and charged with aggravated menacing and disorderly conduct.
At trial, Bailey reportedly pleaded 'no contest' to the charges and was sentence to 29 days in jail.

Florida Woman Arrested For Beating Up Her Boyfriend For Climaxing Before She Was Satisfied
According to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office, Gonzalez attacked her boyfriend after having sexual intercourse with him because he climaxed and she didn't.
The victim, 30-year-old Esric Davis, lives together with Gonzalez in the same home.
Investigators say Gonzalez became enraged following the encounter and "began hitting and scratching (Davis)." Davis reportedly sustained numerous scratches to his face during the assault, according to the arrest affidavit.
Gonzalez reportedly told deputies that she also received scratches when Davis attempted to restrain her.
Davis told deputies that Gonzalez "goes off" on him frequently and has been physically violent towards him in the past.
After deputies read Gonzalez her Miranda rights, she allegedly became uncooperative and refused to answer any further questions.
She was booked into the Manatee County Jail and charged with felony domestic battery. Her bond has been set at $750.
Woman Charged With Assaulting Her Girlfriend After Her Detachable Penis Came Up Missing
According to police, officers were dispatched to the couple's residence in response to a domestic disturbance.
When officers arrived, they met with 28-year-old Latoya Hudson who said Donaldson became angry with her when she was unable to find the sex toy.
In retaliation, Donaldson allegedly threw an ironing board at Hudson. Hudson denied the charge and stated that she threw the ironing board at the ground, according to the arrest report.
During the confrontation, Donaldson's brother allegedly became involved and grabbed Hudson in an aggressive manner.
Officers took Donaldson into custody after a records check indicated that she had outstanding
She was booked into jail and charged with assault and battery.

Florida Man Charged With Shooting & Killing A Teen For Playing His Music Too Loud
Investigators said the teen was playing loud music from his SUV at a gas station in Duval County.
Dunn and Davis argued over the music, according to investigators. Deputies then said horrified witnesses looked on as Dunn pulled out a gun and opened fire.
"I'm not going to be playing my music too loud. I don't want that to happen to me," one witness said. "He could have been asked to turn it down, but shot him? Wow."
Witnesses told deputies that Dunn fled the scene after the shooting.
Dunn may be taken to Duval County after his initial appearance before a judge at the Brevard County Courthouse at 1:15 p.m. Monday. He is being held without bond.
Dunn is said to be a private pilot and a vice-president of a computer software company.
Man Gets Jail Time For Smacking His Estranged Wife With His Penis For Refusing To Have Sex
Fred Thomas, a 62-year-old Cushing man, was sentenced to jail after he allegedly assaulted his estranged wife with his penis because she wouldn't have sex with him.According to Rockland police, Thomas and his wife continued to live together on a temporary basis after she decided to dissolve their 39 year marriage.
During that time, he offered to pay her $20 for sex. When she refused his proposal, he pulled out his penis and smacked her in the face with it.
During a police interview, Thomas told investigators that he was distraught because his wife met a man in Pakistan online and was planning to meet him. The victim told authorities that she did not want her husband to jail over the incident, and insisted that anger management counseling would benefit him far better than jail time.
Thomas pleaded guilty to charges of domestic
