Man Arrested For Repeatedly Raping A 4-Month-Old & Sexually Abusing A 7-Month-Old
A 22-year-old Volusia County man accused of repeatedly raping a 4-year-old girl and recording the acts with his cellphone is now also accused of sexually abusing a 7-month-old, and his ex-girlfriend has also been charged.Thomas Fleming was arrested in Deltona Friday night after the disturbing images and video were found on his ex-girlfriend's cellphone.
Deputies said when they questioned Fleming, he admitted to having sex with the child and sending the images.
Investigators said they now have evidence Fleming also repeatedly assaulted the 7-month-old and the ex-girlfriend is involved.
Sheriff's investigators arrested 20-year-old Autumn Ash Monday night.
Investigators said Ash admitted performing sex acts on a 7-month-old and took pictures of the sexual assault.
A neighbor of Ash's is stunned by what deputies said was going on just down the street.
"Sickening. It makes me want to throw up living that close, having two children of my own. Sickening," said neighbor Billie Joe Marek.
Authorities said Ash told them Fleming would send her the images and they would text each other and talk about sexual fantasies involving the 4-year-old.
Ash is being held without bond. Fleming is also being held without bond in the Volusia County Jail.
Man Accidentally Shoots His Friend In The Face While Trying To Cure Him Of The Hiccups
Patrick Myers, a 27-year-old South Carolina man was jailed Monday after he allegedly shot a friend in the face while trying to cure him of the hiccups.According to police, Myers and two friends were watching a football game and drinking at his residence when one of the men developed a case of the hiccups.
That's when Myers allegedly grabbed a gun and pointed it at his friend in an attempt to scare the "hiccups" out of him.
Investigators say hiccups were the least of his friend's worries when the gun that was pointed at his face suddenly went off. The 22-year-old victim died at the scene.
Myers told detectives that the shooting was an accident and that he thought the gun had been loaded with "dummy rounds."
Myers was booked into the Bell County Jail and charged with manslaughter.

Man Arrested For Having Sex With A Dead Women's Corpse
Wade Davis, a 64-year-old Georgia man was jailed after he allegedly had sex with a woman's corpse after she died inside his residence.According to the Carroll County Sheriff's Office, Davis waited nearly four hours to report the death of a woman who died inside his residence last Tuesday.
Investigators say before he contacted police, Davis allegedly had sex with the woman's deceased body. Detectives are awaiting on autopsy and toxicology reports to determine how the woman died.
Davis was booked into the Carroll County Detention Center and charged with necrophilia. He was released after posting bond.
More charges could be filed pending the results of the autopsy report.

Woman Finds Out Her Late Husband Was Actually Her Biological Father
Valerie Spruill, from Doylestown, Ohio, recently discovered that her husband Percy was also her father, according to a report from the Akron Beacon Journal.Valerie says she was raised in Ohio by her grandparents because her mother was a “night lady,” who was a family friend.
It wasn’t until she turned nine that Valerie found out that the man she thought was her father, was really her grandfather, and the “family friend,” was her real birth mother.
After her mother died in 1984, Valerie later met a man she would later marry. 20 years later, in 2004, with the help of a DNA test, she found out her late husband, Percy Spruill, who had died 6 years ago in 1998, was actually her biological father.

Pakistani Man Hacks His Daughter To Death With An Axe After She Accepted A Job At A Beauty Shop Against His Wishes
Allah Ditta, a Pakistani man residing in Gorakhpur village was jailed Tuesday after he allegedly tied his daughter to a tree and hacked her to death with an axe because she had decided to accept a job at a beauty parlor.According to Pakistani police, the father of a 32-year-old woman identified as "Shagufta" confessed to murdering his daughter after she accepted a job at a beauty parlor against his wishes.
Investigators say the woman's younger siblings watched in horror as their father tied their older sister to a tree and then hack her to death with axe.
"My father tied her to a tree in the jungle near our house and swung the axe at her neck, killing her instantly," stated the victim's younger sister. "Last night our father beat her up when she insisted on joining the parlor. Other family members intervened and the issue was settled for the time being."
That all changed a few hours later when the girl was awakened by a commotion in the house. Both younger siblings watched as their father forced Shagufta out of the house while carrying a rope and an axe in his hand.
When police were notified later that morning, Ditta confessed to killing his daughter as investigators located the body and a blood-stained axe.
Shagufta had a young son and was divorced about three years prior.

Woman Cuts The Fetus Out Of Mother's Stomach, But Claims She Never Meant For Her Or The Baby To Die
Public defender Debra Patterson acknowledged that evidence shows her client, 34-year-old Annette Morales-Rodriguez sought out a young woman in the late stages of pregnancy and used a blade to slice out the fetus. But Patterson said the key legal question was whether Morales-Rodriguez intended to kill 23-year-old Maritza Ramirez-Cruz or her unborn son.
Witnesses Catch Man Having Sex With A Donkey
According to police, a witness delivering a horse to a barn he had rented saw Romero standing behind a miniature donkey.
The witness told police that Romero had no shirt on, his pants were down around his ankles and he was leaning up against the donkey's backside in a sexual manner.
When Romero spotted the witness, he jumped away from the donkey in a suspicious manner, pulled up his pants and got dressed.
Romero reportedly lived with the donkey in a section of the barn (a tac room) that he also rented out, according to the arrest affidavit.
During questioning, Romero admitted to masturbating 5 or 6 times with the donkey and thought the state of Florida was "backwards" for criminalizing such activity.
Romero told investigators that he uses his fingers and saliva to clean the animal's vagina before beginning the sexual act. He then stated that he prefers to masturbate behind the animal while scratching the animal's genitals.
Romero stated that he liked the way the fur feels on his bare testicles and admitted that his penis may have come in contact with the animal's vagina or his semen may have splattered inside the donkey by accident.
Romero went on to say that his donkey goes into heat every 21 days and that that he is aroused by an animal in heat.
He was booked into the Marion County Jail and charged with misdemeanor sexual activity with an animal. He is currently being held in lieu of a $2,000 bond.

Man Arrested After Stealing Sex Toys From His Neighbor
According to Greeley Police, officers were dispatched to a woman's home after a woman reported that several items had been stolen from her residence including a large number of sex toys.
She alleged that her neighbor, Charles Bush, had stolen the items and that she knew who the suspect was because the suspect's wife and daughter had returned some of the items after finding them in his bed.
Investigators say the victim showed responding officers pictures of her missing sex toys, and stated that she had found a pair of binoculars on her bed after the alleged theft that didn't belong to her.
Bush's daughter told investigators that the binoculars looked like a pair that she had seen in their garage. Detectives determined Bush gained entry through a basement window. When detectives searched his home, they found one of the stolen sex toys in a backpack in his bedroom. Many of the sex toys, however, still remain missing.
Bush was booked into the Weld County Jail and charged with second-degree burglary and misdemeanor theft between $500 and $1,000. He s currently being held in lieu of a $35,000 bond.
According to court records, Bush has an extensive criminal history, including arrests for burglary, harassment, violation of a restraining order, and assault.

Woman & Her Husband Charged With Neglect After Their 11-Year-Old Son Shoots Her In The Head
According to the Loudon County Sheriff's Office, Duggan's 11-year-old son accidentally shot his mother in the head after he found a loaded pistol under the mattress of a bed inside the residence.
Duggan was taken to University of Tennessee Medical Center on September 4 where she was listed in critical condition.
Duggan's husband, Dan Duggan, was taken into custody and charged with child neglect for keeping a loaded gun within reach of a child.
On Monday, Stacy Duggan was also arrested on a charge of child neglect for keeping a loaded gun within reach of a child.
According to court records, Dan Duggan is also facing a charge of aggravated child abuse from an earlier incident in which the couple's son was injured in a car crash while Dan Duggan was driving. The child sustained serious injuries during the crash which have reportedly effected the child's motor functions.
Dan and Stacy Duggan are scheduled to appear in court on November 7 to answer the most recent charges.
Man Beats His Girlfriend To Death, Then Hies Her Body Under A Pile Of Trash
According to the Orangeburg County Sheriff's Office, an investigation was launched in June after the father of 28-year-old Ebony Bryant called the Sheriff's Office and reported his daughter missing.
Investigators say deputies questioned Kemp about the missing woman and he provided them with information that turned out to be false. The woman remained missing until last week when she was found beaten to death under a pile of trash.
Investigators say Kemp submitted a statement admitting to her murder and describing how the body was disposed of. Kemp reportedly beat his girlfriend to death several months ago over a dispute involving money.
Kemp was booked into jail and charged with Murder.
Kemp's neighbor described the scene during Kemp's arrest during an interview with a local reporter.
"Friday afternoon I was sitting on my porch....and all of a sudden I see cops coming from everywhere," said the neighbor. "Scared the heck out of me."

Couple Arrested After Allegedly Raping Their Daughter Over A 2 Year Period
According to police, Theresa Carothers was arrested Wednesday in Lakewood after sexually assaulted her own daughter along with her husband. Keven Carothers, the victim's step-father, was taken into custody last week.
Investigators say Kevin Carothers, who is a registered sex offender, began fondling his step-daughter in 2009. The sexual assaults turned into rape in October when Kevin Carothers pushed the girl onto a bed, tore off her pajamas and forcefully raped her.
Kevin Carothers continued to rape the girl on a regular basis, but only when other family members were not in the house. Kevin and Theresa Carothers lived with Kevin's parents when the alleged assaults began.
In December of 2009 Theresa Carothers joined in on the sexual assaults and sexually assaulted the victim on her own. Kevin and Theresa photographed themselves sexually assaulting the girl and then text messaged each other the photographs. The couple also exchanged text messages that discussed what they would do next to the girl.
The alleged sexual assaults continued until October of 2011. A witness who knows the family corroborated the victim's statements and told police that Kevin had inappropriately touched her as well.
Kevin Carothers was booked into the Denver Detention Center and charged with sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust and aggravated incest. His bond has been set at $100,000.
Theresa Carothers was booked into the Jefferson County Jail and will face similar charges. Bond has not yet been assigned in her case.
Man Murders His Uncle After An Argument About Whether They Were Cooking Pork Chops Or Steaks
According to the St. Louis Police Department, Cunningham and his uncle, 44-year-old Lessie E. Lowe, were cooking when they reportedly got into a heated argument over whether the cuts of meat they were preparing were pork chops or pork steaks.
When the argument turned physical, a friend stepped in to separate the two quarreling men. That's when Cunningham grabbed a gun and shot Lowe in retaliation.
Lowe was rushed to Barnes-Jewish Hospital where he was pronounced dead. Family members described the two men as best friends who hung around each other frequently.
Cunningham was booked into jail and charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action.

Woman Repeatedly Locks A 4-Year-Old Boy In A Roach Infested Cabinet For Hours
According to the Polk County Sheriff's Office, Hamilton repeatedly punished a 4-year-old boy by forcing him into a dirty kitchen cabinet that was infested with roaches and spiders.
Hamilton then allegedly secured the cabinet with screws so the little boy would be unable to escape.
Investigators say the victim was routinely locked inside the cabinet for hours at a time. He urinated and defecated on himself as a result.
Hamilton reportedly denied the charges stating that she only locked the boy inside the cabinet on four occasions and that the duration of the confinement was for no more than 20 minutes.
She stated that she locked the boy inside the cabinet because he would keep her up at night.
The victim told investigators that he was often bitten by roaches and spiders and was forced to urinate inside the cabinet because he was locked inside for long periods of time. Witnesses have reportedly confirmed the boy's story.
Deputies who entered Hamilton's residence found the conditions to be deplorable. Floors and counter tops were covered with dirty dishes, rotting food and general filth.
The relationship between Hamilton and the boy has not been released.
Hamilton was booked into the Polk County Jail and charged with child abuse w/o great bodily harm. She was released after posting a $10,000 bond.

Man Kills Himself By Accident While Reenacting A Scene From His Favorite Movie
Witnesses say that Horry, 43, was watching a film early Friday morning when he saw a scene with a character using a gun.
Horry then put a gun to his head and stated, “That’s not how it’s done,” before pulling the trigger three times, WPDE-TV reported.
On the third pull, the gun went off and the bullet went through Horry’s head.
Emergency crews arrived and pronounced Gagum dead at the scene. The shooting was ruled accidental, according to the Associated Press.
This was not the first time Gagum used a gun in his home.
In 2010, three suspects broke into Gagum’s home. When one of the suspects allegedly pointed a gun at Gagum and his wife, police said Gagum fatally shot him, the Daily Mail reported.
Gagum told WTOC that he was only protecting his family. “It was him instead of me or me instead of him,” he said.
Gagum was not charged for the 2010 shooting.
