Man Charged With Incest After He Was Shot In The Face By His 15-Year-Old Step Daughter
Kendall Remsing, a 35-year-old Louisiana man was jailed Wednesday on incest charges after he was shot in the face by his 15-year-old-step daughter.According to the Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office, an investigation was launched in late May after police received a 911 call stating that a 15-year-old girl had shot her stepfather in the face.
Deputies who arrived on the scene took the girl into custody and charged her with attempted second-degree murder.
Remsing was transported to Byrd Regional Hospital where he was stabilized and then flown to Rapides Regional Medical Center where he remains in stable, but critical condition.
During the investigation, however, Remsing was now been accused of molesting a juvenile family member. Additional evidence was gathered that corroborated the allegation, according to detectives.
Remsing has been charged with aggravated incest and molestation of a juvenile. His bond has been set at $100,000.

A Missouri obstetrician separated a baby's head from his body during delivery and then shoved the newborn back into the mother and performed an emergency C-section to cover up the ghastly blunder, a couple claims in a lawsuit.Arteisha Betts and Travis Ammonette, of Florissant, filed a 10-count complaint in St. Louis County Circuit Court last month claiming doctors wrongly pushed them to have a vaginal delivery, decapitated their son and then tried to cover it up, according to local Patch and Courthouse News Service.

Arrested After Trying To Eat Marijuana From His Anal Cavity During A Police Raid
Anthony Leopold Rowe, a 26-year-old Easton man was jailed Wednesday after he allegedly tried to ingest marijuana from his "anal cavity" during a police raid.According to Easton police, undercover officers and special response units executed a drug search warrant at Rowe's residence around 6:00 a.m.
The felony drug warrant had been issued back in September after Rowe was suspected of drug trafficking.
During the raid, Rowe reportedly attempted to swallow a bag of marijuana that he had previously hidden in his anal cavity. Police believe Rowe may have also ingested heroin in an attempt to destroy evidence.
Rowe then allegedly tried to flush drugs down the toilet, but officers were able to retrieve them. In total, officers recovered about $100 worth of marijuana and about $1,000 worth of heroin. Rowe was taken to a local hospital for treatment, and was jailed upon release.
He was booked into the Northhampton County Prison on charges of possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of marijuana, and tampering with evidence. He also faces charges of delivery of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication device. He is currently being held in lieu of $100,000 bail.

Deputy Faces Rape Charge After Forcing A Detainee To Strip Naked & Perform Oral Sex On Him
Lamar McIntyre, a 34-year-old deputy with Prince George's County Sheriff's Office faces a $15 million dollar lawsuit after he allegedly forced a female detainee to strip naked and perform oral sex on him while she was awaiting a court hearing.According to police, McIntyre was arrested in June of this year after he sexually assaulted a 34-year-old woman who was awaiting a court hearing.
According to the civil suit, which was filed on Tuesday, a woman was being detained at the county jail for a court hearing June 19 when McIntyre allegedly took the woman to a secluded holding cell and then ordered her to strip naked.
McIntyre, who was on duty and dressed in his uniform, ordered the woman to perform oral sex on him. McIntyre then proceeded to have sex with the woman, leaving twice during the assault to answer radio calls.
Each time McIntyre left the cell, he ordered the woman to remain naked until he returned to continue the assault. McIntyre allegedly finished the assault by ejaculating on the woman and then taking photographs of her naked.
The woman was taken to the court hearing where she faced charges of theft and trespassing. She reported the sexual assault after she was returned from the hearing.
Investigators recovered forensic evidence from the assault and questioned McIntyre about the incident. McIntyre allegedly admitted to the encounter but insisted that it was consensual.
McIntyre was booked into jail and charged with 2nd-degree rape. He has been suspended without pay while the case awaits trial.

Woman Attacks Her Mom With A Knife For Complaining About A Bloody Pad She Left On The Counter
Yakia Lashonta Mays, a 35-year-old Dallas woman was jailed Tuesday after she allegedly attacked her mother with a knife when her mother complained about a bloody tampon that had been left on the bathroom counterAccording to Dallas police, an argument ensued between Mays and her 52-year-old mother when the mother complained about a bloody tampon that had been left on a bathroom counter.
In retaliation, Mays allegedly grabbed a knife from the kitchen, raised the knife and began charging towards her mother with it. The victim, who shares the apartment with Mays, ran to a back bedroom and locked the door to escape the attack.
Court records show this is not May's first assault with a deadly weapon. In July 2006, Mays was charged with aggravated assault and was sentenced to four years probation.
Mom Pimps Out Her Teenage Daughter For $500
According to federal authorities, Penaloza offered to sell her own 14-year-old daughter and two other underage girls to an undercover federal agent during a human trafficking investigation in Puerto Rico.
Investigators say Penaloza brought her daughter and two other girls to the Sheraton Hotel at the San Juan Convention Center for the planned sexual encounter. Penaloza allegedly demanded $500 for sex with her daughter and $250 for each of the other two girls.
Penaloza, who goes by the nickname "Fatty the Maneater," is also accused of prostituting other young girls and may face additional charges as the investigation continues.
A list of charges was not immediately available. Penaloza remains in jail pending her initial hearing.

Teen Murders His Mother & Sister Because He Was Tired Of Their Negative Attitudes
Jake Evans, a 17-year-old Texas teen has been jailed after he allegedly shot his mother and sister to death then called 911 to report their deaths. He reportedly told 911 dispatchers that he "was just tired of everybody's negative attitude."
According to police, Evans contacted 911 dispatchers Friday morning and calmly informed them that he had just shot his mother and sister to death using a .22 caliber hand gun.
Investigators say, Evans then spent the next 20 minutes telling a dispatcher why he murdered his sister and mother, and hinting that they didn't die quickly like he had hoped.
"I don't know, I wasn't even angry with them," said Evans during the call. "It just kind of happened. I've been kind of planning on killing for awhile now."
When asked about who he had planned to kill, Evans reported answered "pretty much anybody."
"I don't really like people's attitude," Evans explained. "They're verbally rude to each other and stuff like that."
Evans then went on to explain how each murder took place.
"(Mallory) was in her room, and she came out of her room and I shot her. She rolled down the stairs and I shot her again," said Evans. "And then I went down and I shot my mom maybe three or four times."
"I thought it would be quick, you know? I didn't want them to feel pain. That's why I used a gun, but it was like everything went wrong."
Police dispatchers kept Evans on the phone until police arrived at the scene and took him into custody without incident. He was found standing outside the family's home with his hands on top of his head.
Evan's father was out of town on business at the time. Mr. and Mrs. Evans also have two other daughters who no longer live at the residence.
Drugs or alcohol are not suspected in the case, and authorities have never been dispatched to the family's home in the past.
Evans was booked into jail and charged with capital murder. Bond has not yet been established in the case.

Man Drops Dead After Winning A Roach Eating Contest
According to police, Archbold became ill and collapse on the scene shortly after winning a contest that involved eating live roaches and other bugs during a promotional contest being held at Ben Seigel Reptile Store in Deerfield Beach.
Investigators say Archbold consumed dozens of roaches to win the contest, but began regurgitating shortly afterwards. He then collapsed to the ground in front of the store before other contestants and spectators.
Archbold was rushed to Broward Health North hospital where he was pronounced dead. The Broward County Medical Examiner's Office is awaiting the results of an autopsy to determine the official cause of death.
Contestants were given four minutes to consume as many roaches and various other insects as possible. Various prizes were awarded - depending on the amount of insects the contestant consumed.
Archbold reportedly won an $850 ball python which the store has vowed to hold for Archbold's estate. Archbold had reportedly intended to sell the snake to a friend who brought him to the contest.

Woman Attacks A 10-Year-Old Girl For Not Sharing Her Ice Cream With Her Daughter
A woman has been arrested for allegedly hitting a 10-year-old girl who refused to share ice cream with her daughter.The San Antonio Express-News reported Sunday that the 10 year old bought ice cream Saturday and began playing with nearby children.
A 4 year old asked the older girl for her ice cream, and when she refused, tried to grab it. Police say the 10 year old then slapped her hand away.
The older girl began walking home but the mother of the 4 year old, Talysa Herron, approached and hit her in the face. She then followed her home in her car.
The 10-year-old's mother, Cyndi Lafontaine, confronted Herron but was herself punched and beaten until police were called.
Herron has been charged with injury to a child.

In April 2012, Tamon Robinson was struck and killed by an NYPD police car after Robinson was allegedly caught stealing cobblestones from a public housing complex. Six months later, Robinson's mother says the city is ordering the family to pay $710 to pay for the damages on the very car that killed her 27-year-old son.
45-year-old Laverne Dobbinson told The Daily News, "We’re still grieving, and this is like a slap in the face. They want my son to pay for damage to the vehicle that killed him. It’s crazy."
Man Impregnates A 12-Year-Old Girl After Molesting Her For More Than A Year
Cesar Alcivar, a 40-year-old Florida man has been jailed after he allegedly impregnated a 12-year-old girl after repeatedly molesting her for more than a year.According to Clearwater police, an investigation was launched after a 12-year-old girl was brought to the emergency room complaining of stomach pain, but was found to be pregnant instead.
Investigators say the girl's mother brought he girl to a Clearwater area hospital after she complained of chronic stomach pain. Doctors performed tests, however, that revealed she had become impregnated instead.
The investigation that followed revealed that the girl had endured more than a year of sexual abuse beginning when she was just 11 years old. The victim identified the suspect as 39-year-old Cesar Alcivar.
Alcivar was booked into the Pinellas County Jail and charged with capital sexual battery. Bond has not yet been set in the case.
Mom Forces Toddler Son To Live In Feces Covered Room For Up To 22 Hours A Day
Heather Lacey, a 25-year-old New York woman was jailed Wednesday after she allegedly locked her toddler son in a bedroom for up to 22 hours a day without supervision or access to a bathroom.According to DeWitt Police, an investigation was launched on Monday after detectives received a tip that alleged a woman was keeping her son locked inside a small bedroom unattended for long periods of time.
Police arrived at Lacey's residence and discovered a 3-year-old boy locked inside a bedroom that was covered with urine and fecal matter.
Investigators say the child's bed, floor and walls were all covered with human waste. Police discovered through the course of the investigation that the boy was locked inside the room for up to 22 hours per day without adult supervision.
Lacey was booked into jail and charged with unlawful imprisonment and endangering the welfare of a child. Bain in her cause has been set at $5,000.

Woman Hides 36 Vials Of Crack In Her Vagina
Ashley Bellamy, a 22-year-old Pennsylvania woman was jailed Saturday after she allegedly hid 36 glass vials of crack cocaine in her vagina in an attempt to avoid arrest.According to police, a 40-year-old man was attempting to buy crack cocaine from Bellamy and her boyfriend in a Wawa Grocery Store parking lot when the couple pulled a gun on the man and demanded that he get more money.
Instead, the man ran into the store and called 911.
Investigators say police arrived on the scene and ordered Bellamy and her boyfriend to get out of the vehicle. When Bellamy exited the vehicle, police noted that she was walking in a strange manner.
"I've got crack in my vagina," Bellamy reportedly told officers when she realized police were onto her. A female officer who had been summoned to the scene found 36 glass vials containing crack cocaine inside the woman's vagina.
Bellamy told investigators that her boyfriend, 22-year-old Marcus Gibson, ordered her to hide the cocaine when he noticed police had arrived at the scene.
Officers also recovered $646 from Bellamy's handbag.
Bellamy and Gibson were booked into jail and charged with violation of the health and safety act for drug possession and drug dealing. Bail has been set at $75,000 each.

220 Lb. Gym Teacher Sues School After Claiming He Was Beat Up By A 6-Year-Old Student
At 5-foot-10 and 220 pounds, gym teacher John Webster is not a slight figure. But the former college football player claims a 50-pound, 6-year-old student physically assaulted him and sent him into therapy.
The New York Post reports that Webster fractured his ankle and injured his knee, all at the hands of 4-foot-2 Rodrigo Carpio. Walker says he now has to wear a brace on his right leg.
"It's sort of like an angel-devil sort of thing," Webster, 27, said of Rodrigo. The boy "looks like an angel, but then, all of a sudden, that halo turns into horns. It's been a nightmare. It's embarrassing. It's humiliating."
Pizza Delivery Boy Charged With Raping A Woman While Her Daughter Was Sleep Next To Her
According to police, Lucas had just finished delivering a Pizza to an apartment building on West 61st street when he began looking for an apartment that was unlocked.
After finding a door that was left unlocked, Lucas reportedly went inside the apartment and raped a woman in her bed as her 7-year-old daughter slept next to her.
"My daughter and I sleep in the same bed and I was raped while she was sleeping next to me," said the 35-year-old victim. "He covered my mouth and told me to be quiet. He said "shhh." I kicked him and pushed him away. He was a little guy.
"I'm so angry, he just fucked up everything," she said. "How dare he come into my room. He was looking around my apartment.... how scary."
Investigators say Lucas fled the scene after stealing the woman's iPhone and $20 out of the 7-year-old girl's wallet. He was arrested at Sal's Pizza on 10th avenue where he is employed on a part time basis.
Lucas reportedly admitted to raping the woman, claiming that he "felt horny" and wanted to "take advantage" of her.
Lucas was booked into jail and charged with rape and burglary. The woman was taken to Roosevelt Hospital where she was treated and tested for STD's.
