Father Delivers Street Justice To A Man Peeping At His 15-Year-Old Daughter
Father confronts Lowery and delivers street justice before police arrive at the scene.
According to the Duval County Sheriff's Office, the 15-year-old girl called 911 to report that her father was restraining a man that was caught peeping at her through their living room window.
The victims told police that someone had been on their property peeping around their windows on several occasions recently. The father found evidence that someone had tampered with the home's window trim and screens.
When detectives asked Lowery what he was doing at the residence, he had no explanation, but admitted going there on his own will, even after consuming an entire bottle of wine.
Property records show Lowery lives near the victims. He is employed as the chief engineer for channel 4 in Jacksonville.
Lowery was booked into the Duval County Jail and charged with trespassing with intent to commit an offense, public intoxication, and resisting an officer without violence.
Teacher Has Sexual Relationships With Four Students In One Year
Ashley Anderson, a 24-year-old former math teacher at Aplington-Parkersburg High School was jailed Friday after she allegedly had sexual relationships with four students in a single school year.According to police, an investigation was launched in September after a teacher overheard one of the victims talking about his relationship with Anderson and called police.
Investigators say Anderson engaged in inappropriate relationships with four male students (ages 16-18) during the 2011-2012 school year.
Anderson allegedly admitted to sending nude photos of herself to each student, performing oral sex on three of the students and engaging in sexual intercourse with an 18-year-old student at his home.
The 18-year-old student that she is accused of having sexual intercourse with, was reportedly a student in her math class.
Anderson also reportedly had oral sex with two 16-year-old students who served with her on the school's prom committee.
Anderson also allegedly shared a kiss with a 17-year-old student on a gravel road following track practice last spring. She reportedly continued a relationship with the 17-year-old student after he graduated from the school, according to an arrest affidavit.
Anderson resigned her position at the school in the fall of 2012. School officials have claimed that they were unaware of the allegations, but insist they place the highest priority on their students.
Anderson was booked into the Butler County Jail and charged with four counts of sexual exploitation by a school employee. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond.

Woman Tries To Saw Her Husband's Head Off
According to police, officers were dispatched at 1:45 a.m. after the victim called 911 to report that he had been attacked by his girlfriend.
The man had fled from his residence after his girlfriend used a knife to "cut at his neck like she was slaughtering a goat or a cow," according to the arrest report.
The man told investigators that he was asleep on the couch when he awoke to find Peel kneeling over him. She then allegedly asked him if he loved her. When he answered "yes" she then kissed him on the forehead and said "this is the last time you'll see my eyes."
That's when Peel allegedly put a knife to the victim's neck and began sawing back and forth in a vigorous manner.
Investigators say the man was able to escape the slaughter, however he was bleeding heavily from the neck when police arrived on the scene.
The man was taken to a local hospital where he received 23 staples in his neck to stop the bleeding.
When officers arrived at the couple's house to question Peel, she answered the door completely naked. When officers asked how much alcohol she had been drinking, Peel answered "not enough."
She was booked into the Ramsey County Jail and charged with attempted murder. Her bail has been set at $75,000.

Man Stabs His Grandmother 111 Times
Zachary Weston, a 21-year-old Utah man has been jailed after he allegedly stabbed his grandmother 111 times before disemboweling her.According to police, officers were dispatched to the home of 84-year-old Joyce Dexter after someone called 911 to report a domestic disturbance.
Officers reportedly arrived on the scene to find Zachary Weston, dressed in blood-soaked clothing, standing over his grandmother with a knife.
Police say Weston, who also lived at the residence, stabbed his grandmother at least 111 times. Many of the stab wounds were directed at the woman's heart, according to medical examiners.
Weston also allegedly slit his grandmother's throat, cut open her abdomen and then removed some of the woman's organs.
Weston's family told local media that he was mentally ill, stating that Weston told friends and family that he had been "hearing voices" recently.
Weston also had a growing criminal record according to state records. In 2010 Weston was arrested after he assaulted his mother and then punched two police officers who were attempting to remove him from her home.
In August of this year, Weston allegedly punched two employees at the University of Utah's Neuropsychiatric institute.
In September, Weston reportedly swallowed a rock and poured scalding water down his own throat. he was then admitted as a patient at LDS hospital where he allegedly jumped through a window into a nurse's station and attacked employees who attempted to restrain him.
Weston was arrested again in late September after he allegedly attacked his father and bit a woman who was visiting his father's residence.
Zachary Cole was booked into jail and charged with aggravated murder.
Man Kills Girlfriend With Curling Iron After Fight Over 'Stupid Stuff'
Police say a New York man told them he "just snapped" and killed his girlfriend with his fists and a curling iron while visiting her college dorm last month.A Monroe County Sheriff's Office report released Wednesday says 21-year-old Clayton Whittemore detailed the killing to an officer on Sept. 29. Whittemore had been arrested earlier that day.
The report says Whittemore said he and 18-year-old Alexandra Kogut got into a shoving match while arguing over "stupid stuff" in her room at the State University of New York College at Brockport. It says he told the officer when her breathing sounded bad he hit her with a curling iron because he loved her and didn't want her to suffer.
The Utica College student pleaded not guilty during his initial court appearance. His murder arraignment is Oct. 25.

Man Charged With Incest After He Was Shot In The Face By His 15-Year-Old Step Daughter
Kendall Remsing, a 35-year-old Louisiana man was jailed Wednesday on incest charges after he was shot in the face by his 15-year-old-step daughter.According to the Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office, an investigation was launched in late May after police received a 911 call stating that a 15-year-old girl had shot her stepfather in the face.
Deputies who arrived on the scene took the girl into custody and charged her with attempted second-degree murder.
Remsing was transported to Byrd Regional Hospital where he was stabilized and then flown to Rapides Regional Medical Center where he remains in stable, but critical condition.
During the investigation, however, Remsing was now been accused of molesting a juvenile family member. Additional evidence was gathered that corroborated the allegation, according to detectives.
Remsing has been charged with aggravated incest and molestation of a juvenile. His bond has been set at $100,000.

Arrested After Trying To Eat Marijuana From His Anal Cavity During A Police Raid
Anthony Leopold Rowe, a 26-year-old Easton man was jailed Wednesday after he allegedly tried to ingest marijuana from his "anal cavity" during a police raid.According to Easton police, undercover officers and special response units executed a drug search warrant at Rowe's residence around 6:00 a.m.
The felony drug warrant had been issued back in September after Rowe was suspected of drug trafficking.
During the raid, Rowe reportedly attempted to swallow a bag of marijuana that he had previously hidden in his anal cavity. Police believe Rowe may have also ingested heroin in an attempt to destroy evidence.
Rowe then allegedly tried to flush drugs down the toilet, but officers were able to retrieve them. In total, officers recovered about $100 worth of marijuana and about $1,000 worth of heroin. Rowe was taken to a local hospital for treatment, and was jailed upon release.
He was booked into the Northhampton County Prison on charges of possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of marijuana, and tampering with evidence. He also faces charges of delivery of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication device. He is currently being held in lieu of $100,000 bail.

Deputy Faces Rape Charge After Forcing A Detainee To Strip Naked & Perform Oral Sex On Him
Lamar McIntyre, a 34-year-old deputy with Prince George's County Sheriff's Office faces a $15 million dollar lawsuit after he allegedly forced a female detainee to strip naked and perform oral sex on him while she was awaiting a court hearing.According to police, McIntyre was arrested in June of this year after he sexually assaulted a 34-year-old woman who was awaiting a court hearing.
According to the civil suit, which was filed on Tuesday, a woman was being detained at the county jail for a court hearing June 19 when McIntyre allegedly took the woman to a secluded holding cell and then ordered her to strip naked.
McIntyre, who was on duty and dressed in his uniform, ordered the woman to perform oral sex on him. McIntyre then proceeded to have sex with the woman, leaving twice during the assault to answer radio calls.
Each time McIntyre left the cell, he ordered the woman to remain naked until he returned to continue the assault. McIntyre allegedly finished the assault by ejaculating on the woman and then taking photographs of her naked.
The woman was taken to the court hearing where she faced charges of theft and trespassing. She reported the sexual assault after she was returned from the hearing.
Investigators recovered forensic evidence from the assault and questioned McIntyre about the incident. McIntyre allegedly admitted to the encounter but insisted that it was consensual.
McIntyre was booked into jail and charged with 2nd-degree rape. He has been suspended without pay while the case awaits trial.

Woman Attacks Her Mom With A Knife For Complaining About A Bloody Pad She Left On The Counter
Yakia Lashonta Mays, a 35-year-old Dallas woman was jailed Tuesday after she allegedly attacked her mother with a knife when her mother complained about a bloody tampon that had been left on the bathroom counterAccording to Dallas police, an argument ensued between Mays and her 52-year-old mother when the mother complained about a bloody tampon that had been left on a bathroom counter.
In retaliation, Mays allegedly grabbed a knife from the kitchen, raised the knife and began charging towards her mother with it. The victim, who shares the apartment with Mays, ran to a back bedroom and locked the door to escape the attack.
Court records show this is not May's first assault with a deadly weapon. In July 2006, Mays was charged with aggravated assault and was sentenced to four years probation.
Mom Pimps Out Her Teenage Daughter For $500
According to federal authorities, Penaloza offered to sell her own 14-year-old daughter and two other underage girls to an undercover federal agent during a human trafficking investigation in Puerto Rico.
Investigators say Penaloza brought her daughter and two other girls to the Sheraton Hotel at the San Juan Convention Center for the planned sexual encounter. Penaloza allegedly demanded $500 for sex with her daughter and $250 for each of the other two girls.
Penaloza, who goes by the nickname "Fatty the Maneater," is also accused of prostituting other young girls and may face additional charges as the investigation continues.
A list of charges was not immediately available. Penaloza remains in jail pending her initial hearing.

Teen Murders His Mother & Sister Because He Was Tired Of Their Negative Attitudes
Jake Evans, a 17-year-old Texas teen has been jailed after he allegedly shot his mother and sister to death then called 911 to report their deaths. He reportedly told 911 dispatchers that he "was just tired of everybody's negative attitude."
According to police, Evans contacted 911 dispatchers Friday morning and calmly informed them that he had just shot his mother and sister to death using a .22 caliber hand gun.
Investigators say, Evans then spent the next 20 minutes telling a dispatcher why he murdered his sister and mother, and hinting that they didn't die quickly like he had hoped.
"I don't know, I wasn't even angry with them," said Evans during the call. "It just kind of happened. I've been kind of planning on killing for awhile now."
When asked about who he had planned to kill, Evans reported answered "pretty much anybody."
"I don't really like people's attitude," Evans explained. "They're verbally rude to each other and stuff like that."
Evans then went on to explain how each murder took place.
"(Mallory) was in her room, and she came out of her room and I shot her. She rolled down the stairs and I shot her again," said Evans. "And then I went down and I shot my mom maybe three or four times."
"I thought it would be quick, you know? I didn't want them to feel pain. That's why I used a gun, but it was like everything went wrong."
Police dispatchers kept Evans on the phone until police arrived at the scene and took him into custody without incident. He was found standing outside the family's home with his hands on top of his head.
Evan's father was out of town on business at the time. Mr. and Mrs. Evans also have two other daughters who no longer live at the residence.
Drugs or alcohol are not suspected in the case, and authorities have never been dispatched to the family's home in the past.
Evans was booked into jail and charged with capital murder. Bond has not yet been established in the case.

Man Drops Dead After Winning A Roach Eating Contest
According to police, Archbold became ill and collapse on the scene shortly after winning a contest that involved eating live roaches and other bugs during a promotional contest being held at Ben Seigel Reptile Store in Deerfield Beach.
Investigators say Archbold consumed dozens of roaches to win the contest, but began regurgitating shortly afterwards. He then collapsed to the ground in front of the store before other contestants and spectators.
Archbold was rushed to Broward Health North hospital where he was pronounced dead. The Broward County Medical Examiner's Office is awaiting the results of an autopsy to determine the official cause of death.
Contestants were given four minutes to consume as many roaches and various other insects as possible. Various prizes were awarded - depending on the amount of insects the contestant consumed.
Archbold reportedly won an $850 ball python which the store has vowed to hold for Archbold's estate. Archbold had reportedly intended to sell the snake to a friend who brought him to the contest.

Woman Attacks A 10-Year-Old Girl For Not Sharing Her Ice Cream With Her Daughter
A woman has been arrested for allegedly hitting a 10-year-old girl who refused to share ice cream with her daughter.The San Antonio Express-News reported Sunday that the 10 year old bought ice cream Saturday and began playing with nearby children.
A 4 year old asked the older girl for her ice cream, and when she refused, tried to grab it. Police say the 10 year old then slapped her hand away.
The older girl began walking home but the mother of the 4 year old, Talysa Herron, approached and hit her in the face. She then followed her home in her car.
The 10-year-old's mother, Cyndi Lafontaine, confronted Herron but was herself punched and beaten until police were called.
Herron has been charged with injury to a child.
