Woman Stuffs Her Baby In A Plastic Bag & Leaves Her For Dead Inside An Apartment Complex Dryer
According to police, Janecka called her husband at work on August 25 and informed him that she had just delivered a stillborn child at their apartment. She went on to say that medical responders had already been to the couple's apartment and took the deceased child away.
The husband arrived home later that day and attempted to clean up the apartment after the delivery. That's when he reportedly opened the dryer door and discovered a newborn baby girl inside.
Investigators say the infant - who was still alive - had been stuffed into a pillow case and then wrapped in a plastic bag.
Henrico County emergency responders rushed the child to St. Mary's Hospital where the child is reportedly alive and in good health.
Janecka was booked into jail and charged with attempted murder and felony child neglect. She has been ordered held without bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 16.
Man Tries To Rape A 13-Year-Old Girl & Tells Police " The Devil Tried To Rape Her In My Body"
According to Lake City Police, a 13-year-old girl was walking to her grandmother's house when Robinson approached her and asked if she wanted to "hang out."
When the girl told Robinson "No," Robinson responded by pushing the girl into his backyard, stripping naked and then attempting to undress the victim.
At some point in the struggle the girl broke free and ran. Robinson tried to chase the girl but was stopped in his tracks by his mother. He was taken back inside until police arrived a short time later.
During a police interview, Robinson stated that "the devil tried to rape (the girl) in my body." Both Robinson and his devil counterpart were apprehended.
Robinson was booked into jail and charged with battery and lewd or lascivious battery. His bond has been set at $55,000.

Man Murders His Pregnant Girlfriend, Then Has Sex With The Dead Body
According to police, Brian Cooper and his girlfriend were in Wisconsin for a wedding when the victim became frustrated with Cooper and decided to end her relationship with him.
The couple was staying at a resort in Nasewaupee and had returned to the resort after attending the wedding.
The victim, who we are not identifying, fell asleep at the hotel while Cooper watched her and drank beer for more than two hours. When the victim woke up, Cooper allegedly jumped on top of her, placed his hands around her neck and choked her to death.
He then sexually assaulted the woman's dead body.
Investigators say Cooper covered the victim's naked body with a blanket because he felt it was the "respectful thing to do". He then attempted suicide several times before calling 911 from a gas station where he was later apprehended.
The victim, who was six-and-a-half months pregnant, reportedly begged for her life and told Cooper to "think of the baby" during the alleged attack. An autopsy completed on Wednesday determined that the woman was suffocated to death.
Cooper was booked into the Door County Jail and charged with first-degree murder.

Woman Poisons Her Boyfriend & The Man She Was Having An Affair With
Tara Jackson, a 22-year-old North Carolina woman was jailed Thursday after she allegedly poisoned her live-in boyfriend and a man she was allegedly having an affair with.According to police, an investigation began after Jackson's lover was admitted into Carolinas Medical Center and Jackson stated that he had been poisoned with anti-freeze.
Although Jackson was not charged with the anti-freeze poisoning, investigators were able to link Jackson two instances in which her boyfriend and lover were both poisoned with muscle relaxers.
Investigators say Jackson admitted to placing crushed up muscle relaxers in food served to her boyfriend and lover. In one instance Jackson placed the muscle relaxers into a potato. In another instance, Jackson placed the muscle relaxers into a Mountain Dew.
Police say Jackson's lover lives just miles away from Jackson and her boyfriend and that the poisonings were likely a result of a "love triangle gone bad."
Jackson was booked into the Burke-Catawba District Confinement Facility and charged with two counts of distributing a poisonous substance in food. Her bond has been set at $25,000.

Man Pleads Guilty After Being Arrested For Sexually Assaulting His Girlfriend's 11-Yr.-Old Daughter & Impregnating Her
Trevaun Brooks, a 29-year-old Michigan man pleaded guilty Tuesday after he sexually assaulted his girlfriend's 11-year-old daughter who became pregnant as a result.Prosecutors say Brooks was scheduled to go on trial Tuesday when he waved trial proceedings and entered a guilty plea instead.
Brooks was convicted on one count of first-degree criminal conduct and two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct.
Investigators say Brooks had sexual intercourse with his girlfriend's 11-year-old daughter last year when lived with the girl and her mother at their Mount Clemens home. The girl became pregnant and delivered a baby in August.

Man Arrested For Strangling His Girlfriend To Death, But Claims It Was Consented By Her As Part Of A Sexual Act
According to St. Petersburg Police, emergency responders rushed to the couple's room at the Kenwood Inn hotel after Greenberg called 911 and stated that he "accidentally" strangled his girlfriend to death.
During a police interview, Greenberg told detectives that he accidentally strangled his girlfriend, 26-year-old Jennifer Zale, as part of a sex act that involved choking her for sexual pleasure. Greenberg added that the couple had engaged in the act previously and that it was consensual.
Detectives believe the woman was dead for at least 8 hours prior to their arrival. The length of the couple's relationship is unknown, however, Greenberg has an extensive criminal record and was recently released from prison this past May.
Greenberg was arrested and charged with manslaughter while investigators waited for autopsy results.
Detectives amended the manslaughter charge to murder Wednesday after an autopsy revealed that Zale had received numerous injuries "consistent with continuous and intentional homicide violence."
Greenberg is now being held in the Pinellas County Jail on a charge of second-degree murder. His bond has been set at $500,000.

Man Arrested For Kidnapping A Wheelchair-Bound Woman From The Hospital & Sexually Assaulting Her
According to St. Louis Metropolitan Police, the victim was sitting in her wheelchair at Barnes-Jewish Hospital when Hooper reportedly pushed her outside of the hospital without her permission and proceeded to grope her breasts and genitals.
The victim was unable to defend herself due to her medical condition.
Investigators say Hooper is not employed with Barnes-Jewish Hospital. According to court records, he has a lengthy criminal past, including past convictions of second-degree assault, burglary, theft, and discharge of a weapon, among other charges.
Hooper was booked into jail and charged with two felony counts of sexual abuse and one count of kidnapping.

Florida Man Calls 911 To Request Sex From Female Deputies
One Florida man repeatedly dialed 911 and requested female deputies come to his house to have sex with him, FloriDUH reports.It was such an emergency that Joshua Basso, 32, of Dover called the distress hotline seven times between 10:15 a.m. on Aug. 22 and 7:40 a.m. on Aug. 24 before cops did arrive at his home, according to a news release from the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.
The deputies threw the 'cuffs on him -- though probably not in the way he wanted -- on Thursday and charged him with seven counts of making phony 911 calls. Basso allegedly confessed to misusing the system.
This isn't the first time Basso has called 911 asking for "sexual gratification," as the news release puts it. He looked for love from local authorities back in 2009, according to FloriDUH.
This most recent arrest is Basso's 14th at the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, according to records.

Mother Beheads Her 2-Year-Old Son, Then Stabs Herself To Death
Chevonne Thomas, a 33-year-old New Jersey woman is dead after she allegedly beheaded her 2-year-old son, then committed suicide by stabbing herself in the neck.According to police, officers were dispatched to Thomas's home after she called 911 to report that she had just stabbed her 2-year-old son. Officers arrived to find grisly murder-suicide scene inside Thomas's home.
Investigators say officers entered the residence and discovered a decapitated 2-year-old boy on the first floor of the home. The boy's head was later found in the freezer.
Officers then discovered the body of Chevonne Thomas in an upstairs room. She allegedly used a kitchen knife to stab herself to death.
Thomas, according to reports, had recently regained custody of her son, Zahree, after she allegedly left the boy unattended in a car. When questioned by police, Thomas stated that she had smoked marijuana laced with PCP before passing out at a nearby park.
The New Jersey Department of Human Services said in a statement that Thomas had been receiving counseling and support over the last several months during a court-ordered reunification process that was designed to help stabilize the family after the boy was returned to Thomas's care. That agency's services is now under review.
Autopsy reports released on Thursday show that the boy was alive before he was decapitated and that the mother died after stabbing herself in the neck.
Toxicology reports have not yet been completed, however, investigators say there were signs that Thomas was still using drugs at the time and that it may have played a roll in Wednesday's tragedy.

Woman Charged With Manslaughter After Leaving Her 91-Year-Old Mother On The Toilet For 2 Days
According to police, an investigation was launched after Baltimore County medical workers found the elderly woman in the bathroom and learned that she had been left to suffer for two days.
Police charged Caslow with abuse of a vulnerable adult after determining that she failed to seek help for her mother.
The victim was transferred to a local hospice care where she died 10 days later. Charges in Caslow's case were upgraded when medical examiners determined that the victim had succumbed to renal failure.
She was booked into jail and charged with six counts of manslaughter. She remains jailed in lieu of $100,000 bond.

Man Arrested After Setting Woman On Fire & Locking Her Inside Car To Burn
According to police, Chapman and 40-year-old Anita Ahmadi were arguing inside his car when Chapman threatened to set her on fire if she didn't "shut up."
Chapman was infuriated when Ahmadi failed to heed his warning.
In retaliation, Chapman doused the woman with a five-gallon jug of gasoline and set the woman ablaze. He then locked the doors of the vehicle as he exited, leaving the woman trapped inside to burn.
Ahmadi was rushed to Tampa General Hospital where she was treated for burns to her arms and legs.
Chapman was booked into the Hillsborough County Jail and charged with arson, aggravated battery causing great bodily harm and two counts of cocaine possession. Bond has not been set for the current charges and was revoked from an unrelated case.
Chapman has been arrested 23 times in Hillsborough County on a variety of charges including cocaine possession, marijuana possession, driving on a revoked license, grand theft auto, carrying a concealed weapon, burglary, grand theft, writing a fake check, aggravated battery, aggravated assault, driving on expired tags, contempt of court, assault, possession of burglary tools, domestic violence, possession of drug paraphernalia and habitual violator DWSR.
Most of the charges listed above are repeat offenses.

Three Women Arrested After Assaulting A Waitress At Red Lobster For Refilling Their Glasses Too Frequently
Sherrell Evans, 22, Britley Green, 22, and Geneen Green, 44, were jailed Friday after they allegedly assaulted a waitress working at Fairview Heights Red Lobster on Friday.
According to police, the women repeatedly struck the waitress with their hands and a menu after they became irritated with the frequency of their water refills.
The women were booked into jail and charged with felony counts of mob action and aggravated battery in a public place. Each are being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.
Records show that another Red Lobster waitress was attacked by four customers at the same store in December 2011. She also suffered lacerations. Anita Wilkes, a Ferguson woman, is facing aggravated battery and mob action charges in connection to the incident.
