Man Arrested After Urinating On A Police Officers Car During A Traffic Stop

Roger Alvin Henderson was jailed Monday after he allegedly urinated on a police cruiser during a traffic stop over window tint.

The officer was about to let Henderson go when he realized Henderson had already "gone."

According to the Alachua County Sheriff's Office, Henderson was stopped by an officer around 4:00 p.m when the officer noticed Henderson's window tint and suspected it was darker than state guidelines allow.

During the stop, the officer instructed Henderson to wait by his cruiser while he checked to see if the window tint was within compliance.

After a quick check, the officer determined that the tint was indeed within guidelines and stopped to apologize to Henderson's mother for holding them up.

The officer then prepared to release Henderson, when he noticed a large puddle of urine that had accumulated near Henderson's feet.

"Did you just pee on my car?" Asked the officer. "You just pissed on my car!"

Henderson looked around - in a Cheshire Cat sort of way - realizing that he'd been caught. Henderson later denied intentionally urinating on the officer's patrol car.

He was booked into jail and charged with indecent exposure.

Man Carves A Pentagram In His Son's Back With A Boxcutter

A Texas man told authorities he carved a pentagram into the back of his 6-year-old son “because it is a holy day” in reference to the numerical date of 12-12-12, police said.

Brent Troy Bartel, 39, of the Fort Worth suburb of Richland Hills, was in jail Wednesday on a $500,000 bond, charged with aggravated assault of a family member with a deadly weapon.

Police officers responded to an emergency dispatch call shortly after midnight from a man who said, “I shed some innocent blood,” according to an audio recording of the emergency 911 call, released by police.

When questioned by the dispatcher, the man said, “I inscribed a pentagram on my son.”

When the dispatcher asked why, the man responded, “because it is a holy day,” according to the recording.
He then hung up.

Moments later, police received a call from the boy’s mother at a neighbor’s house, said Officer Sheena Parsons, Richland Hills police spokeswoman. The mother could be heard on that recording crying and asking for help.

Police arrived at the Bartel home and found the boy shirtless and shivering, with a large pentagram carved on his back. Officers also found a box cutter at the house, which is believed to have been used in the attack, police said.

The boy was taken to a Fort Worth hospital for treatment. His injuries were “not life threatening,” Parsons said. Police and Child Protective Services were investigating the attack.

Wednesday was 12-12-12 – a date some considered significant because such a match of day, month and year will not occur again in this century.

The pentagram is a five-pointed star sometimes associated with Satanism.

2 Teens Pose With Guns On Facebook Before Allegedly Killing Woman

Two teenagers accused in a weekend shooting death in Beaver Falls will be charged as adults, Beaver County police Chief Charles R. Jones Jr. said this morning.

Todavia S. Cleckley and Marcus Velasquez, both 14, are charged with conspiracy to commit criminal homicide in the killing of 22-year-old Kayla Peterson of Beaver Falls.

Marcus is also charged with criminal homicide, two felony counts of aggravated assault and two misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment.

"They're armed and dangerous," Chief Jones said. "I'd like to see them off the street."

Ms. Peterson was shot a little after 3 p.m. Saturday outside her home in the 500 block of 13th Street while she was outside with her boyfriend.

One of the teens pulled out a gun and fired a round from across the street after a dispute with the couple over a pack of cigarettes, Chief Jones said.

Beaver County coroner Teri Tatalovich-Rossi said Ms. Peterson died from a single gunshot wound to the abdomen. She died about 5:25 p.m. Saturday at Allegheny General Hospital.

About 2 a.m. Sunday -- less than 12 hours after the shooting -- a blurry photo of two boys pointing guns at the camera was uploaded to Todavia's Facebook page. Todavia's profile picture shows a boy brandishing two guns -- a semi-automatic pistol and a revolver.

Charges against additional suspects are possible as the investigation continues, Chief Jones said. Police had been searching for three people who were seen in the area around the time of the shooting.

Man Impersonates A Funeral Director In Order To Steal The Engagement Ring Off His Dead Fiance's Finger

Terry Kurtzhals, a 58-year-old Lincoln man, was jailed after he allegedly pretended to be a funeral director in order to steal back an engagement ring from his deceased fiance's finger.

According to Lincoln police, Kurtzhals entered the Wadlow Rozanke Funeral Home wearing a funeral director name tag and claiming to represent the deceas
ed woman's family.

Investigators say the funeral home owner, Rod Rozanek, became suspicious when Kurtzhals tried to retrieve two engagement rings worth $500 from the deceased woman's finger.

When Rozanek questioned Kurtzhals about his work as a funeral director, Kurtzhals became agitated. Another employee at the funeral home called police.

Investigators say police were already looking to question Kurtzhals in connection to an alleged illegal voting allegation.

Kurtzhals is not eligible to vote since he is a convicted felon who was just recently released from prison. State law prohibits a felon from voting for two years following their release from prison.

When officers questioned Kurtzhals, he admitted that he had been engaged to the woman at the time of her death and wanted the rings back that he had given to her.

Detectives discovered that he actually was a legitimate funeral director at one point, but lost his license and went to prison after he was convicted of mishandling/stealing a clients money.

Kurtzhals was booked into jail and charged with impersonating a funeral director. He may also face charges in connection to the illegal voting allegation.
