Woman Stabs Her Boyfriend To Death For Cheating
Latoya Baines, a 24-year-old Batavia woman was jailed Monday after she allegedly stabbed her boyfriend to death because she thought he was cheating on her.
According to the Batavia Police Department, officers found an unresponsive man in a stairwell at Batavia Apartments, bleeding from apparent stab wounds.
Baines and another woman were also found having a physical altercation at the bottom of the stairs. Officers recovered three knives from the scene.

Investigators say the victim, identified as 25-year-old Gerald J. Jackson, was rushed to Delnor-Community Hospital in Geneva, where he was later pronounced dead. Detectives determined that Baines,
a mother of two, stabbed the victim during a domestic dispute brought
on by her suspicions of him cheating on her with the woman she was
fighting with.
The other woman, who was also a resident in the apartment complex, was not apprehended.

Baines's pastor, Audrey McClay,
described her as an "upstanding young woman" during her court
appearance and asked everyone to pray for her and her family, who
declined to comment on the situation.
However, according to court records, in June 2010 Baines reportedly stabbed Jackson in his palm and arm. Officers were called to the scene, but Jackson declined to press charges on her.

was booked into jail on charges of first-degree murder. She is being
held in lieu of $750,000 bail. Her next court appearance is scheduled

Charged With Cutting Off A Man's Penis, Then Stabbing Him To Death
Cristal Richardson, a 28-year-old Texas woman has been jailed after she
allegedly cut off a man's penis and then stabbed him to death.According to police, officers were dispatched to a Dallas Motel 6 early Saturday morning after a security guard heard a loud argument coming from a third floor and went to check on it.
When the security guard reached the third floor, he encountered Richardson walking down the hall naked and covered in blood.
Investigators say Richardson had checked into the room alone the previous day.
Officers arrived at the motel to find a recently deceased man inside Richardson's room. The man had been repeatedly stabbed with his throat cut. His penis and scrotum had also been cut off, according to an arrest affidavit.
Richardson was taken to a local hospital where she was treated for minor injuries.
A search of the room revealed a large bloody folding knife. The victim, identified as 34-year-old Cedric Owens, has an extensive criminal history that includes aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, theft, drug possession and drunk driving.
Richardson, who is also a convicted felon, was booked into jail on murder charges. No bail has been set in the case.

Mother Punishes Her Baby By Pouring Boiling Water Over His Head
Reports
suggest that a merciless Florida mother is arrested; for killing her
son by putting him under sweltering hot water. Since April 16, Emilio
Jesus Bautista had been living terrible life as the 7-week-old was
subjected to horrible physical torture at the hands of his mother
Chekayla Ariel Dampier. Eventually, the toddler died last week.

Richey, Florida resident, Chekayala Ariel allegedly flushed the
helpless boy under the hot-water tap; because he would not stop crying.
Held on on $150,000 bail for aggravated child abuse, the cruel woman
‘punished’ her son by pouring 142 degree water; right over his head.
This caused the toddler extensive burn injuries to his head, neck,
shoulders, arms and chest; the poor baby boy also suffered severe,
second-degree burns to both his eyes and ears.

Emilio’s mother reportedly confessed to running the tap till the water
temperature reached 142 degrees; she then held her son under the water
for at least two to three minutes. As result of that, when the mother
tried to dry the baby; the entire skin of the affected areas felt
peeling and bubbling. Brought at the Morton Plant North Bay Hospital
initially, the child was airlifted to Tampa General Paediatric Burn Unit
injuries since the burns were too severe.
According
to a report filed with Pasco Sheriff’s office, during an attempt to
remove the infant’s shirt, his left nipple was completely pulled off.
After living for a week or so after the incident, the poor child
succumbed to his burn injuries at the hospital

Woman Arrested After Repeatedly Stabbing Her Baby During A Supervised Visit
According to Baltimore City Police, Thomas was attending a supervised visitation session at an East Baltimore Social Services office Tuesday when she suddenly pulled out a long knife and began repeatedly stabbing her 8-month-old daughter.
Investigators say Thomas, who does not have custody of her daughter, complained about the care her daughter was receiving and told the Social Services worker that she could do a better job caring for the child.
When the worker informed Thomas that the visitation session was about to end, Thomas allegedly laid the child down on a table and stated "It is about to be over."
That's when Thomas reached into a bag, pulled out a long kitchen knife and began savagely stabbing the child in the neck and body.
Thomas continued to stab the child until another Social Services worker struck Thomas with a chair to end the assault. The worker pulled the knife from the baby's neck and rushed her to safety.
The baby, identified as Pretty Diamond, sustained at least 5 stab wounds to her face, neck and body.
Witnesses told police Thomas was heard stating "Lock me up. If I can't have her, no one will. I hope she's dead."
Thomas was booked into jail and charged with attempted murder, child abuse and assault.

Teen Head Butts His Mother & Burns Her House Down Over An Argument Over A Cell Phone
18-year-old Baldwin Caceres was jailed Sunday
after he allegedly head-butted his mother, then burned her house down
during an argument over a cell phone.According to police, the 275 pound Caceres became angry Saturday night while arguing with his mother over a cell phone.
In retaliation, Caceres allegedly grabbed his mother by the wrists, pushed her onto a bed and then head-butted her twice on the forehead.
Caceres then reportedly doused two couches and his mother's bed with gasoline before setting them ablaze. The fire was started shortly after midnight and successfully destroyed the home.
Caceres was booked into the Hillsborough County Jail and charged with first-degree arson and domestic battery.

Man Faces 5 Years In Prison For Stealing A $1 Soda From McDonalds
A Florida man was arrested and held on
$6,500 bond after police in Collier County said he left a McDonald’s
without paying for a cup of soda valued at $1.
Mark Abaire, 52, had apparently asked staff
at the Naples restaurant for a courtesy cup of water, but instead he
allegedly filled the cup with soda from the soda fountain and sat
outside of the restaurant, according to a story in the Naples Daily News
which cited the police report of the Thursday incident.
Abaire allegedly refused to pay for the
soda when he was asked to do so, refused to leave the restaurant and
cursed at the manager, the Naples Daily News also reported.
Abaire, whose aliases include “Red” and
“Clown,” has a long list of prior arrests, according to records from the
Collier County Sheriff’s Department.
He was charged with petty theft,
trespassing and disorderly intoxication after the Thursday arrest, and
sent to Collier County jail. Petty theft is usually a misdemeanor, but
because Abaire has previous convictions for theft, the charge was
upgraded to a felony. The trespassing and disorderly intoxication
charges are misdemeanors.
Man Tries To Kill Pregnant Girlfriend's Baby By Stomping On Her Stomach
A Minnesota man tried to kill a fetus by stomping on his pregnant
girlfriend's stomach, police said.
Kenneth L. Turner, 28, of Fridley, kicked, punched and choked his
on-again, off-again girlfriend at her apartment during a three-hour
attack early Friday, at one point ordering her to lie on her back before
stomping on her stomach with both feet, the Minneapolis Star-Tribune
reported.The victim is two months pregnant. During the attack, Turner told her she didn't "deserve the baby" and said he was going to kill it, the newspaper said. He was arrested after the woman managed to call police at around 8 a.m. The woman, who was not identified, suffered vaginal bleeding and pain in her stomach, but police say the fetus survived.
Turner was charged with first-degree attempted murder of an unborn child and domestic assault. He previously was convicted of domestic assault and other felonies, according to the Star-Tribune. He was being held on 500,000 bail and is due in court on May 14. "This type of criminal behavior is shocking and will be dealt with severely if these allegations are proven," Anoka County Attorney Tony Palumbo said in a statement.

Arrested After Anally Raping A Child's Rectum With A Brush Handle
According to police, Burlison was babysitting a friend's 2-year-old child when she forced a 4-inch long brush handle into the child's rectum.
Investigators say Burlison was forcing the handle into the child's rectum for a second time when the handle broke off.
The child was rushed to a hospital for treatment, and the handle was removed from the child's rectum without surgery.

Woman Sets Her Husband On Fire & Locks Him In The Bathroom To Burn
Shriya Biman Patel, a 25-year-old North Austin woman was jailed Thursday after she allegedly set her husband on fire and then locked him in the bathroom to burn.According to the Austin Police Department, officers were called to the couple's apartment around 9:15 p.m. after witnesses reported that a man was screaming for help from his balcony.
One caller told police that the man was yelling things like "why would you burn me?" and "All I wanted to do is love you."
When officers arrived on the scene, they found a badly burned man. He was naked and writhing on the floor, screaming in pain.

Arrested After She Burned Her Baby So Severly, The Child's Skin And Nipple Fell Off
According to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, Dampier became frustrated when her 7-week-old son wouldn't stop crying.
In retaliation, Dampier placed the infant into a wash tub and ran scorching hot water over his head and body for several minutes. Forensics experts estimated the water temperature to be approximately 142 degrees.
Dampier told investigators that the baby's skin started to "bubble" and that parts of it came off when she tried to dry the infant with a towel.
Dampier called the baby's godmother and initially claimed that someone else had burned the child. The godmother took the child to North Bay Hospital in New Port Richey at around 10 p.m. Monday. The child was then transferred to the pediatric burn unit at Tampa General Hospital.
As of Wednesday the child was listed in critical condition.
Investigators say the baby was burned so severely, parts of skin and the child's nipple fell off when paramedics attempted to remove his clothing.
Dampier was booked into the Pasco County Jail and charged with aggravated child abuse with great bodily harm. Her bail has been set at $150,000.

Arrested After Witnesses Catch Him Having Anal Sex With A Dog
According to Fort Lauderdale Police, officers were dispatched after a witnesses caught Bolla-Sosa placing his penis into the anus of "the family dog."
Investigators say the witness took the dog away from Bolla-Sosa and called police while the dog was "Whimpering in pain."

Arrested For Putting A 4-Year-Old Little Girl In A Running Dryer For Wetting Herself & Pinching A little Boy's Penis
Nicholas James Fuchs, a 26-year-old Milwaukee man was charged Thursday after he allegedly abused a 4-year-old girl and 5-year-old boy - repeatedly placing the girl in a running dryer for wetting her pajamas.According to the Milwaukee Police Department, Fuchs was living with the children's' mother in Oak Creek from January through October of last year when he reportedly abused the children while they were in his care.
In July, Fuchs allegedly broke one of the children's arm. He was investigated for child abuse, but claimed that the injury was caused by rough-housing.

Arrested After Raping A 14-Year-Old Boy At Knife-Point
Nichole Phillips, a 20-year-old Ohio woman was indicted Wednesday after she allegedly forced a 14-year-old boy to have sex with her at knife-point.According to Union Township Police, a 14-year-old boy was visiting his mother when he left her apartment to get something from his car.
That's when Phillips, who lived in the same apartment complex, placed a knife to his throat and forced him into her her apartment. She then allegedly forced the boy at knife-point to perform various sex on her.
The boy later told his family about the incident, and the family contacted police.
Investigators searched the woman's residence and allegedly found evidence which corroborated the boy's story. A knife that was allegedly used in the attack was taken into evidence.
Phillips was booked into the Clermont County Jail and charged with rape, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, kidnapping and felonious assault. She is being held in lieu of $200,000 bond.
Man Gets Sentenced To 12 Years In Prison For Ironing His Shirt On A Baby's Back
A northern Illinois man has been sentenced to 12 years in prison after burning a toddler by using her back to iron one of his work shirts.
The Rockford Register Star reports (Rockford man gets 12 years for ironing shirt on child – Rockford, IL – Rockford Register Star ) that 43-year-old Elliott Moore pleaded guilty on Wednesday to aggravated battery to a child before being sentenced.
Rockford police were sent to Rockford Memorial Hospital on Feb. 5, 2010 to take a report on the 18-month-old child, who had a large, open burn mark in the middle of her back.
The child’s mother says Moore lived with her and watched her children while she was at school.

Couple Arrested After Dead Baby Was Found In Their Freezer
According to police, a landlord was cleaning up a residence Friday after the couple had just recently moved out. When the landlord opened the couple's freezer, she found a frozen infant's corpse that had been left behind.
Investigators have not yet determined the infant's exact age and a cause of death has yet to be determined.
The couple was booked into the Lucas County Jail on a charge of child endangerment. Additional charges may be filed once an autopsy has been performed.
