Ben Haile, a 19-year-old tutor and group instructor at Pinnacle School in Bloomington, Indiana, was jailed after he allegedly molested a 7-year-old girl.According to police, an investigation was launched back on October 12, when a 7-year-old girl told school administrators that she had been fondled by Haile and was forced to touch his "boy parts."
Investigators say the girl was sitting on Haile's lap behind a desk when he allegedly slipped his hand down her pants and rubbed her "girl parts." He then allegedly placed his hand under her shirt while forcing the girl to rub his "boy parts."
Haile reportedly worked as a student tutor and small group instructor at the school, which specializes in helping students with learning disabilities. Although he tutored under the supervision of a certified teacher, he was left unattended with groups of students on numerous occasions.
Haile was booked into jail and charged with two counts of child molestation.
