Arrested After Locking Naked Toddler Outside In A Dog Cage
William Lewallen, a 47-year-old Oklahoma man jailed Sunday after police found three unattended, naked children on his property. One child was found locked in a dog cage, covered with feces.According to police, officers were dispatched to Lewallen's residence after a neighbor heard the screams of a child who had been stripped naked and locked outside in the cold while the boy's father was passed out inside.
Investigators say officers arrived at the residence and could immediately hear a child screaming from inside the residence.
While looking for an open entrance into the house, officers came upon an 18-month-old girl who was naked, covered in feces and locked inside a dog cage.
When the officers kicked in the home's back door, they encountered a second naked child inside who seemed to be unattended. A further sweep of the house revealed a third naked child who was asleep on a bed in the master bedroom.
Officers also found Lewallen who was passed out next to the child.
During a police interview, Lewallen stated that he fell asleep after ingesting a combination of pain meds, a muscle relaxer and anti-seizure medication.
"The screaming child in the dog kennel did not wake the defendant nor did the officers kicking the door down to rescue the toddler in the dog cage," stated a police arrest affidavit.
Officers also noted in their report that the home had no heat (it was about 40 degrees that day) and there was little food in the house to eat.
Lewallen was booked into jail and charged with felony child neglect. His bond has been set at $50,000.

DDOT Bus Rider Shoots Another Passenger For Stepping On His Foot
Detroit Police said it happened early Sunday afternoon when the bus lurched, causing the man to step on the other man’s foot. The passenger apologized, but the man was apparently still angry and when they came to their stop at Gratiot and Conner, he shot the man in the leg.
The gunman ran from the scene and was last seen going down Conner. Police said the shooting victim is in serious condition at a local hospital. Anyone with information is asked to call Detroit Police.
Man Arrested After Police Found His Nephew's Genitals In His Wallet
According to Eastern Cape province police, the disappearance of an 18-year-old Ngcobo man took a bizarre turn Sunday afternoon when detectives found the missing man's genitals in a wallet belonging to his uncle.
Investigators say detectives were interviewing the uncle about the disappearance when they discovered a dismembered penis in the man's wallet. Pressed for answers, the uncle eventually led detectives to his nephew's dead body.
The body was missing a head, arms and legs, however those body parts were found a short distance away from the torso, according to police spokesperson Mzukisi Fatyela.
Local police released few details about the case, however, they did not rule out the possibility that the murder might be classified as a "muti" killing.
Muti killings involve the removal of body parts from a human body which are then used by witchdoctors in various potions. Demand for such body parts has become an ongoing problem in South Africa, particularly in the region surrounding Johannesburg.
The uncle was taken into custody and is expected to be charged with murder.

Woman Arrested After Beating 10-Year-Old Sister Unconscious Over Bag Of Cheetos
According to police, Mejia began caring for her 10-year-old sister after their mother was deported to Honduras.
Investigators say the teen went to a neighbor's apartment October 11 and returned with a bag of Cheetos while Mejia was at the store.
When Mejia returned and saw the girl eating Cheetos, she exploded into a rage and began beating the teen with an extension cord.
Mejia then grabbed the teen by the hair and began slamming her head against the floor until the teen fell unconscious. Mejia then began kicking the teen as she lay on the floor.
When detectives questioned Mejia about the incident, she admitted to kicking the teen, but didn't think she had done anything wrong. She went on to tell detectives that she resents her younger sister and wished that she hadn't been born.
An investigation was launched after school officials noticed that the teen had sustained bumps and bruises to her head, arms and legs. The teen told investigators that she was contemplating suicide.
Mejia was booked into the Harris County Jail and charged with felony injury to a child. Her bond has been set at $60,000.

Teacher Charged With Violently Raping Underage Foster Care Children
Jodi Kirkpatrick, a 42-year-old science teacher Artesia Junior High School, was jailed Friday after she allegedly violently raped several foster children that were in her care.According to police, Kirkpatrick's sex offender ex-husband, Richard Glascoe, was sentenced to a 25 year sentence after he was found guilty of raping three 7-year-old children that were in foster care.
Investigators say Kirkpatrick and Glascoe forced a 6-year-old foster child to have sex with them between 2003 and 2006.
Another foster child was allegedly handcuffed and threatened with a gun and a knife on several occasions. The child was then forced to watch Kirkpatrick and Glascoe sexually assault a toddler, according to detectives.
Kirkpatrick and Glascoe reportedly divorced around the time Glascoe was charged with sexually assaulting three children.
Kirkpatrick was jailed and charged with five counts of criminal sexual penetration, five counts of kidnapping, and five counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Kirkpatrick has been placed on administrative leave by the school district pending the outcome of the investigation.
Company Fires Bus Driver For Uppercutting Passenger
The Regional Transit Authority explained the reasoning behind their decision in an announcement.
"Mr. Hughes claims that his actions were in self-defense. The evidence does not support that claim. We expect our employees to diffuse any potential situation. We do not believe that Mr. Hughes took the proper steps to diffuse this situation. The proper procedure would have been to pull over and stop the bus, then call Transit Police for assistance."
Despite finding the bus driver at fault for the situation, the Regional Transit Authority did state that female passenger is also to blame in the matter.
"The customer was out of line and charges have been filed against her."

Charged With Scalding Baby With Boiling Water Because Child Wouldn't Stop Crying
Michelle Woodhouse-Deboyes, a 33-year-old North Carolina woman was jailed Tuesday after she allegedly poured scalding hot water on her 9-month-old daughter because the child wouldn't stop crying.According to the Onslow County Sheriff's Office, Woodbouse-Deboyes became angry when her 9-month-old daughter wouldn't stop crying.
In retaliation, Woodhouse-Deboyes allegedly poured scalding water on her daughter. When the baby still wouldn't stop crying, Woodhouse-Deboyes allegedly flipped the child's car seat over, bruising her daughter's face. She then proceeded to grind the baby's face into the hot water that had puddled on the floor.
The child reportedly suffered second-degree burns to approximately 12% of her body. She was taken to Chapel Hill Burn Center where she was treated for the next 10 days.
Woodhouse-Deboyes was booked into the Onslow County Jail and charged with felony child abuse inflicting serious injury. Woodhouse-Deboyes remains jailed in lieu of $100,000 bond.
Man Charged With 250 Counts Of Rape And Incest After Wife Turns Him In
Curtis Howard, a 32-year-old Kentucky man was jailed Thursday - accused of committing 250 sex offenses including rape, sodomy and incest.According to Kentucky State Police, an investigation was launched Wednesday when Howard's wife contacted police while the family was preparing to move to Mercer County.
Investigators say Howard is accused of physically and sexually abusing his wife and a family relative. The alleged sexual abuse was occurred on an ongoing basis over a 5-6 month period.
Howard was booked into the Casey County Jail and charged with 100 counts of rape, 100 counts of sodomy and 50 counts of incest.
Howard has a long arrest history in multiple states and was listed on the sex offender registry after he was convicted of lewd or lascivious battery involving a victim aged 12-15 years old.

Woman Arrested After Stabbing Two Children More Than 150 Times Because She Was Upset With Her Husband
According to Naperville police, Plackowska became enraged when her father passed away in Poland and her husband wasn't keen on the idea of moving back to the homeland to be closer to him.
In retaliation, Plackowska sought revenge on her husband by stabbing to death her own 7-year-old son and a 5-year-old girl she had agreed to babysit.
Investigators say Plackowska walked into a bedroom where her son and the little girl were busy jumping on a bed. Plackowska allegedly told her son that he was about to go to heaven before ordering him and the little girl to get on their knees and pray.
Following a short prayer, Plackowska produced a knife and stabbed her son more than 100 times as he pleaded for his life and told her that he loved her.
Plackowska then turned to the 5-year-old girl who begged for her life. Plackowska allegedly stabbed the little girl more than 50 times. She later told police that she stabbed the little girl to death because the girl was a witness to a crime.
Following the stabbings, Plackowska fled to a nearby church before making her way to a relative's home. The relative called police after Plackowska arrived at the home drenched in blood.
During a police interview, Plackowska first told officers that a stalker had broken into her town home and stabbed the children to death. A short time later she changed her story and stated that she heard voices from the devil and killed the children to save their souls.
Eventually, Plackowska told detectives that she stabbed the children because she was angry with her husband and wanted to hurt him the way he had hurt her.
When investigators entered Plackowska's home, they found her deceased son laying on the floor and the deceased girl laying on a bed. Two dogs were also found dead near the childrens' bodies.
Plackowska reportedly came to the United States from Poland 12 years ago and wanted to move back. Her husband was against the idea.
Police were dispatched to the grisly scene after Plackowska's older son called 911. Plackowska's husband works as a truck driver and was reportedly out of town when the murders took place.
Plackowska was booked into jail and charged with two counts of first-degree murder. Bail has been denied in the case.

A man in California is re-thinking his decision to
put up a doll made in the likeness of President Obama, with a noose around its
neck.Eddie Million of Moreno Valley now realizes that it was a bad idea to hang a Obama doll from a tree in his yard, but only after he received complaints and was visited by the Secret Service.
Million asserts that the whole thing isn’t a racist threat, but “just a misunderstanding.”
Speaking to reporters following his meeting with the Secret Service Tuesday (Oct. 23) night, he told everyone to calm their nerves. “This is getting all blown out of proportion. It’s down. It’s gone. We didn’t’ want to hurt the president.”
Instead, Million’s alleged intent was to hang “something spooky,” before his forthcoming Halloween party. “A noose is scary.”
After neighbors complained, and a reporter wrote a story about it, authorities got involved. “I started thinking how bad it looked and took it down immediately,” he added. “If I had to do it all over again, I absolutely wouldn’t have done it. It was not meant to offend anybody. It was just supposed to be a decoration.
For now Million’s name has been added to a file, and agency has made note of the occurrence.

Burglars Attempt To Get Away, Get Lost & End Up Back At The Crime Scene
According to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office, a witness called police after two men were seen burglarizing a home and then fleeing the residence with several items.
While officers were investigating the scene, the suspects arrived back at the crime scene in the vehicle they used to flee the scene with.
When officers stopped the car and searched it, they found several items that belonged to the victims laying in plain view. When police questioned them, they admitted that they had burglarized the residence, but had become lost while trying to find a way out of the neighborhood.
Caruso and Hardy were booked into the Manatee County Jail and charged with armed burglary.

Charged With Crying Rape After Woman Catches Her Naked In Shower With Her Boyfriend
Heather Atkins, a 26-year-old Columbia woman was jailed after she falsely claimed that she had been raped after she was caught in the shower with another woman's boyfriend.According to the Columbia Police Department, Atkins told detectives she received a black eye during a sexual assault on Friday.
Investigators say Atkins told them that she was punched in the face and then dragged to a secluded area by two black men who proceeded to rape and then rob her.
"After three days of investigating this case, investigators discovered that this whole story was a lie," according to Columbia Police Chief, Randy Scott. "She lied to the Columbia Police Department, she lied to her family, she lied to the public and she broke the trust of the people around her."
Investigators say Atkins had actually gone to the home of a male co-worker and received her black eye when the man's girlfriend caught the two naked in the shower and punched her in the face.
Atkins was booked into jail and charged with filing a false police report. She was released after posting a $20,000 bond.

Man Charged With Cutting Baby Out Of Wife's Womb & Stabbing Infant To Death
Jeffery Reynolds, a 31-year-old Walker man was jailed Tuesday after he allegedly used a knife to cut out his wife's unborn baby before stabbing the infant to death.According to the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office, deputies were dispatched to the couple's home at around 11:15 a.m. after receiving an emergency call.
When officers arrived on the scene, they found a 28-year-old pregnant woman who had been stabbed in the abdomen with a knife or another sharp object before her unborn child was cut out of her womb.
Investigators say the victim, who was 7-and-a-half months pregnant, was rushed to a local hospital, where she is now listed in stable condition. The baby, however, was also stabbed and did not survive the assault.
Reynolds was apprehended at the scene, and was very combative. He was taken to an area hospital for routine blood tests. Detectives have not yet released a motive for the assaults.
Reynolds was booked into jail and charged with first-degree feticide and attempted second-degree murder.

Charges Filed Against Cleveland Bus Driver & Uppercut Passenger
In yet another twist in the Cleveland bus driver
uppercut case, today prosecutors filed misdemeanor criminal charges against both
the driver and female passenger who fought last month on a Cleveland bus.Driver Artis Hughes, 59, was charged with assault, while passenger Shi’dea Lane, 25, was hit with a disorderly conduct rap.
As reported by the Smoking Gun:
The criminal cases, filed in Shaker Heights Municipal Court, were lodged one week after video of the September 18 bus incident began circulating online.
On the day of the fight witnesses told cops that Lane appeared “drunk” and became verbally abusive to Hughes after she failed to immediately pay her fare.
Hughes told investigators that he “protected myself” after Lane “grabbed me in the throat and spit on me in the face.”
Hughes remains suspended without pay from his RTA job, and faces a maximum of six months in jail and a $1000 fine if convicted of the assault count. As for Lane, a lesser charge carries a maximum of 30 days in custody and a $250 fine.
Naked Carjacker Bites Off His Own Finger After Being Arrested
Jargget Washington, a 29-year-old New Jersey man bit off and swallowed his own finger Sunday after he was arrested for trying to carjack a vehicle while naked.According to police, Washington stripped naked in a Jersey City intersection and then began pounding his fists on random cars while screaming incoherently.
Investigators say Washington then jumped onto the hood and roof of a car before attempting to pull the driver out of his vehicle.
When officers arrived on the scene, Washington reportedly challenged them to a fight, however, he was eventually arrested and transported to a local hospital for a medical and psychological examination. Once Washington cleared the exams, he was placed in a police holding cell to await an initial hearing.
While in the holding cell, Washington allegedly became belligerent, spat on officers and ate the medical bracelet that was placed on his wrist at the hospital.
Washington then began gnawing away the flesh on his wrists in an effort to escape his handcuffs. Officers became concerned and transported Washington back to the hospital for a second medical and psychological exam.
Examiners cleared Washington once again and he was placed in a police cruiser for the trip back to jail. During the trip, Washington reportedly defecated in the back seat of the police cruiser and threw bodily fluids at an officer.
After Washington had been placed back into a holding cell, he reportedly bit off one of his fingers and then swallowed it. Washington was transported back to the hospital where he is currently being treated for his injuries.
Investigators believe Washington was high on PCP at the time.
Washington faces charges of carjacking and being under the influence of a controlled and dangerous substance, however, a final list of charges has not been released.
According to state records, Washington was released from prison in January after serving three years for selling narcotics.
