Man Charged With Groping A Woman At The Supermarket & Masturbating In Front Of The Police
Frank Alex Bouknight, a 24-year-old D.C. man was jailed Sunday after he allegedly groped a female customer at a local grocery store, then masturbated as police tried to question him.
According to Arlington police, around 1:50 p.m. a woman bent down to pick up a bottle of wine at Whole Foods Supermarket when Bouknight reached between her legs and grabbed her genitalia. He then laughed and walked away.
Officers found Bouknight sleeping on a nearby park bench about four hours later. Several pornographic materials were found among his belongings.
When police brought him into the station and attempted to interview him, he repeatedly masturbated in front of the officers.
