Sergio Armando Velderrain, a 21-year-old Phoenix man was jailed Sunday after he allegedly urinated on his 4-month-old son.According to police, the baby's mother called police after she saw Velderrain urinate on the baby's face and body. When the mother confronted Velderrain over what he had done, he reportedly laughed it off as a joke and stated that it was "something to remember his father by."

When detectives questioned Velderrain, he admitted to urinating on the child, but claimed it was an accident.
He stated that he had consumed two "Four Lokos" drinks that night before falling asleep. When he woke up later that evening to use the restroom, he urinated on the child, not realizing what he was doing.
He went on to say that he "loved his son" and would "never do anything to hurt him".
