Juergen Heinricher, a 30-year-old Titusville man
was jailed Saturday after he allegedly swam naked in a pool with an
11-year-old girl while a nurse was locked in a bedroom of his home.
According to Melbourne Beach police, Heinricher
was reportedly at home alone with his girlfriend's two children when a
nurse who was treating him for an ongoing medical condition arrived at
the residence for a scheduled appointment.
The nurse then found Heinricher swimming naked with the girl - the girl was wearing a swim suit.

Investigators say Heinricher
attempted to pull the nurse into a bedroom, then locked the front door
with her inside. She called police, who arrived on the scene around
1:00 p.m..
Heinricher was booked into the Brevard
County Jail and charged with lewd and lascivious behavior with a minor
younger than 16, false imprisonment, and battery on a health care
official. He is currently being held in lieu of $110,000 bail. He was
also ordered not to have any contact anyone under the age of 18.
