Richards was also charged with a 2010 animal abuse case in which she is accused of killing a cat by slashing its neck and using her heel to stomp and mutilate the cat's face.
According to police, Richards and Justice abused a pit bull and several other animals to death, recorded the acts on video and then uploaded the videos to the Internet to make money. The videos were allegedly uploaded to a "crush site" that features the mutilation and death of puppies, kittens, mice, rabbits and other animals.
Investigators Richards would usually perform the animal executions while Justice recorded the videos.
Richards is already facing charges in a 4th of July incident in which she was part of a 400 person riot that threw fireworks and rocks at officers after they refused to disperse a downtown Waco location..
Richards was booked into jail and charged with two counts of animal cruelty and resisting arrest. Her bond was set at $40,000.
Justice was also charged with animal cruelty. His bond has been set at $20,000.

Man Charged With Groping A Woman At The Supermarket & Masturbating In Front Of The Police
Frank Alex Bouknight, a 24-year-old D.C. man was jailed Sunday after he allegedly groped a female customer at a local grocery store, then masturbated as police tried to question him.
According to Arlington police, around 1:50 p.m. a woman bent down to pick up a bottle of wine at Whole Foods Supermarket when Bouknight reached between her legs and grabbed her genitalia. He then laughed and walked away.
Officers found Bouknight sleeping on a nearby park bench about four hours later. Several pornographic materials were found among his belongings.
When police brought him into the station and attempted to interview him, he repeatedly masturbated in front of the officers.

James Naylor, a 47-year-old Mesa man was jailed Monday after he allegedly used Craigslist to shop for a dog he wanted to have sex with.
According to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, an investigation was launched after Naylor placed ads on Craigslist seeking dogs to sexually abuse.
He made contact with an undercover officer, who was part of a task force that had been set up to catch suspects who use the Internet to sexually abuse animals.
Naylor and the detective emailed back and forth for two months until an agreement was reached and Naylor made an appointment to meet with what he believed was the dog's owner.

Woman's Boyfriend Charged With Sexually Abusing Her 7-Month-Old Infant While The Mother Does Nothing!
According to police, an investigation was launched August 4 after Child Protective Services received a tip that an infant was bleeding from her vaginal area and that the mother "knew about the bleeding, but did not take the child to the hospital because she did not want to get the authorities involved."
The child was taken to a local hospital where doctors determined that the infant was suffering from severe vaginal bleeding and tearing that would require surgery to repair. The child was also suffering from a burn to her abdomen, fractures in both legs, three broken ribs and numerous scrapes and bruises.
When detectives interviewed the couple, Pender stated that she wasn't aware of the injuries and didn't know how they occurred.
O'Neal told detectives that he placed his finger inside the baby's vagina to "clean it out" during a diaper change. He also stated that the infant's burn was likely caused by a cigarette he was smoking near the girl. He went on to say the rest of the child's injuries were a result of her falling off a bed.
Two children residing in the house told detectives that O'Neal pressed hard on the infant's stomach "until she pooped." One child reported seeing O'Neal hold the infant by her ankles, strike her in the legs and scratch her with his finger nails as she screamed.
The children stated that the mother was present during the assaults and that the couple frequently argued about the abuse.
O'Neal was booked into the Coryell County Jail and charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child and injury to a child causing serious injury. O'Neal's bond has been set at $1 million.
Pender was charged with injury to a child with serious bodily injury. Her bond has been set at $500,000.

Man Arrested After Attempting To Rape And Murder His Grandmother, Because He Was Tired Of Not Having A Girlfriend
Samuel Dye, a 20-Year-Old South Carolina man was jailed Thursday after he allegedly beat his grandmother with a hammer, then sexually assaulted her, because he was upset about not having a girlfriend.According to police, Dye's grandmother told police that her grandson, showed up at her home at around 4 a.m. with a hammer. He then proceeded to complain about not having a girlfriend and told his grandmother that he was going to "get some."
That's when Dye began striking his grandmother with a hammer.
Investigators say the grandmother tried to stop him and suggested that they pray, however, Dye responded by exposing himself and then attempting to rape the woman. He then struck the woman in the head again with the hammer, knocking her to the ground.
The attack was stopped when Dye's father heard his mother screaming and came to check on her.
Dye was booked into the Chester County Detention Center and charged with attempted murder and attempted sexual contact.

Woman Charged With Killing Her Newborn Baby In A Prison Bathroom Dodges Murder Charge
According to police, Cox was visiting her boyfriend at the Roederer Correctional Complex in March, 2010, when she ran to the bathroom and delivered a healthy baby girl.
Investigators say Cox welcomed her new daughter into the world by stuffing toilet paper into the infant's mouth until she was unable to breath. Cox then tossed the baby into a trash can and covered her with more toilet paper.
When Cox emerged from the bathroom, she was covered with blood. She was taken to a local hospital where it was determined that she had just given birth to a full-term baby. State troopers were dispatched to the prison and the baby was found. An autopsy later revealed that the child was born alive and in perfect health, but was suffocated to death shortly after birth.
Cox, who was originally charged with first-degree murder, has pleaded guilty to lesser charges of manslaughter, tampering with evidence and concealing the birth of an infant.
Under the plea agreement, Cox will serve 21 years in prison.

Man Arrested After Smearing Dog Feces On His Mother's Face
According to Palmetto Police, Jenkins became enraged with his 53-year-old mother after she reportedly asked him to remove dog feces from the back porch.
Jenkins, who still resides with his mommy, retaliated by smearing the dog feces on his mother's face. He then shoved his mother to the floor.
The victim then ran to a neighbor's, where she called police. When detectives questioned Jenkins, he denied pushing his mother, but admitted to smearing dog feces on her face.
He went on to say that he assaulted his mother because she was "yelling at him," according to the arrest affidavit.
Jenkins was booked into the Manatee County Jail and charged with felony domestic assault. His bond has not yet been set. He has been jailed 3 times in the past year on similar charges.

Woman Breaks Into The Home Of Her Husband's Mistress & Sexually Assaults Her In Front Of Her Child
Giovana Osorio, a 40-year-old New York woman was jailed Saturday after she allegedly broke into the home of her husband's alleged mistress and sexually assaulted her."Is this the way you did it with my husband?" Osorio allegedly taunted while sexually assaulting the woman with her fingers in front of the victim's 4-year-old child.
According to police, Osorio gained access to the victim's home by copying a key that her husband had used while working as a contractor on the victim's home.
Osorio then reportedly walked upstairs, found the victim's room and burst in as the woman and her child slept.
Investigators say Osorio kicked, punched and bit the victim during the initial assault. She then pushed the victim onto the bed, lifted her nightgown and sexually assaulted her while the victim's child watched.
"She found what she thought to be (her husband's) car, but it wasn't, because he was working in Stamford at the time," said police Sgt. Terrence Wilson.
Officers located Osorio outside the victim's home moments after she fled the residence.
Osorio was booked into the Westchester County Jail and charged with two counts of third-degree assault, aggravated sexual abuse and second-degree burglary. She remains held in lieu of $250,000 bond.

A Taco Bell Employee Posts A Picture Of Himself Urinating On A Customer's Order On Twitter!
A Taco Bell employee named Cameron Jankowski allegedly posted a photo of himself
peeing on a customers food that he prepared working at Taco Bell. Jankowski was
identified to be working at a Taco Bell restaurant in Fort Wayne, Indiana.According to Jankowski, this incident was a prank and he had no intentions of serving the food to a customer. According to sources, Jankowski thought that it would have been funny to take a picture of him pissing in Taco Bell food and posting it for his Twitter followers to laugh at. Unfortunately for Jankowski, this was not a laughing matter.
Taco Bell prepared this statement for the Daily Dot, saying, “Nothing is more important than the safety of our customers and team members. We have strict food handling procedures and zero tolerance for any violations. As soon as we learned of the situation, we immediately investigated and found the photo was an ill-conceived prank and the food was never served to customers. We find this prank absolutely unacceptable, and we plan to terminate anyone involved and work with authorities to pursue legal action.”
